Very aweful place. Refused to give me receipt and asked me to take a picture only as they don’t give receipts when you pay by card! When I asked for itemised received I was told they don’t do that. I even asked if they could write it they down they refused and said it’s. It lawful. But is it lawful to to refuse to give out receipt? Very disrespectful as well. This is the worse takeaway place I’ve been too with regards to service. Food isn’t all that either

Ordered a takeaway for the first time last night from Fortune Star on the recommendation of my sister who orders regularly.The food was delivered promptly, piping hot and absolutely delicious. Excellent value for money also. Thoroughly recommend.

A bunch of the thieves and liars. Made an order over the weekend with this restaurant via JustEats. 3 hours later and no sign of my order. Restaurant set the order status to delivered but I never actually got my food. I requested a refund and the restaurant is refusing! Appalling service. I’m still trying to convince Justeats that the restaurant manager is a liar. I literally had to buy dinner from Papa John’s. Beware of this place! They will scam you.

Been ordering from this Chinese for a while now. Needless to say WILL NOT be going back! The lady is so rude. We were told our order would be 45 minutes, after over an hour we called and were told another half an hour at least. Very rudely and non apologetic. She was literally shouting down the phone to me did I want it or not. Will never be going back. Never experienced customer service and rudeness like it. Customer lost!

When ordered was told 45-60 mins, nearly 2hrs later lukewarm food arrived. Beef dish was foul, cheap chewy 'meat'. tiny salt and pepper portion same for the prawn crackers. Don't waste your time and money, plenty more out there!
The food was ok at best the crispy shredded beef was awful it had no beef and it cost £6.80 what a rip off I won’t be going there again.

Trash customer service!!! Ordered chicken in pecking sauce and they gave me salt and pepper chicken pieces that were dry. Called to politely let them know about their mistake because I was ordering from them for almost a year and loved their chicken in pecking sauce, but the woman was so rude and tried to make me out to be a liar. I had no intention to ask for money back or anything, as the chef made a small mistake but she was not willing to hear a word I had to say. I used to drive 15 minutes past other shops to theirs, but needless to say this will be no more.

Gave us the wrong food which is fine. You are allowed to make mistakes. Just say sorry and move on. The customer does not always want a refund or compensation. However the customers have to right to give feedback. You need a massive attitude fix up or this business will not go very far. #CustomerLost.
