Had a lovely meal, food was delicious, hot when it came out and nicely presented. The staff were super polite and kind. Only negative is that my biriyany was a little too spicy but that is personal preference.Vegetarian options: They seem flexible and happy to do a vegetarian dish in another sauce if you wish.

Went to Masala inn on Friday 1st March at 7pm and was full!Luckily I had booked but great service, great food and will definitely will be returningWe had buttered chicken and chicken tikka masala with plain and coconut rice, with plain and peshwari naan and was delicious

One of the beat Indian restaurants I have been in as soon as you walk in the door the staff are very friendly and welcoming the food is amazing full of flavour and really good value for money. All the staff where absolutely brilliant with the kids a really good family friendly restaurant. Highly recommended nothing was to much trouble have been I'm here a few times and it is never disappointing great food and service every time.Kid-friendliness: The staff was amazing with the kids was talking directly to them getting them involved in conversation and making them feel comfortable and have a good time Kaz (think he was the manager) was brilliant nothing was to much trouble and if the kids asked for something he made it happen absolutely brilliant services.

Upon my first visit, I ate in and randomly chose what happened to be my new favourite dish. When I next called to order a takeaway, I couldn't remember what the dish was. The service I received was above and beyond. To help me find what I was looking for, they provided me with samples of sauce. They were so devoted to ensuring I got what I was looking for. I now know that my dish is Pasanda, and it is so nice! I can not speak more highly of the service received and dedication to pleasing the customer and building relationships. Thank you. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately this restaurant is, in my opinion, distinctly average. Price was competitive but food very ordinary. My prawn sagwala was bland in taste, my colleague's madras (sauce) looked like it had come from a bottle and our rice from a microwave oven. In addition to which our main course arrived when our papadoms had not been finished. This is not a dining venue I would recommend.

We pre ordered from Uber on the 30th of December for Uber to cancel our order 15 mins before the delivery time. I phoned the restaurant and they apologised and blamed Uber. ( I believe Uber couldn’t get a driver ) The restaurant were then fantastic they took my order direct and gave us a discount to say sorry ( even though I don’t believe it was there fault ) We had been going to our normal curry house for 8 years and it sadly closed in November. So this was our first time ordering from here. The food was excellent and worth the wait so we will be returning. And again I’d like to thank the restaurant for being proactive and helpful when Uber had let me down.

Excellent food and service. This is our second time here. This time Six of us ate and nothing was too much trouble. We had a Shashlik, Tikka Massla, Biryani, Korma and a Bhuna and everyone said all the dishes were tasty. We would come back again!
