Hey we have order the food from mcdonalds and the food was not warm and we complained and again the same and again we went to the manager jenifer she was saying that we can't do anything is this a mcdonalds policy for the customer how they treat . my order number was 24 for day 26 march 2024 . And also the manager Lady Jenifer was very rude and miss behave to us is this the management??

Ordered a couple of times, always something missing, food is cold. Today ordered 3 meals , and one of them came just a slice of cheese in the burger box, no burger, no drink, no fries, no sauce, no straws, it was a joke … my son was in tears front of his friends as he was having a play date.What a disgusting service leaving my son in frustration… never ever order again from there and I would not recommend to anyone at all.

Appalling , the staff laughed in my face when I said my food was cold, they are rude , poor customer service and I wont be returning anytime soon . The management were absolutely immature and threatening ! I give this place zero

Never had an issue with this McDonald's in the past but yesterday was dreadful, people waiting 25 for food then the order was wrong.Mature lady with long dark hair & glasses who was working there was incredibly rude to customers & staff,she shouldn't be working there. Gave up waiting for our food ,2 portions of fries & an iced latte ,the latte had been put on the side for while we waited for the fries, the cream had dissolved so wouldn't have wanted it ,after 25 mins asked for a refund, something I've never done in a McDonald's before.No apology given for our bad experience. Went to greggs instead

Waited for ages and never got our food, other customers there had the same experience. Duty manager was extremely rude to customers asking about their food and she refused to give someone who had been waiting 25 minutes a refund - wouldn't even apologise for horrific service. Wasn't even busy and there were staff standing around doing nothing. Staff were also getting customers orders incorrect. Ended up leaving and eating somewhere else.
