So sad they refurbished it, the lighting, chairs and layout scream 'get out as quickly as you can'. It feels a lot more corporate, noisy and less welcoming, with the new super uncomfortable chairs and warehouse cieling - (the staff are always lovely though)

Recently refurbished Starbucks store. Most of the time, my orders arrive promptly. Due to its location, it can get pretty busy during peak times.

What have you done to Starbucks? The refurbishment certainly isn't an improvement. We won't spend time in there anymore which is disappointing.

The new refurb makes it look corporate, no longer feels homely, all comfy chairs taken out. Service was better today.
I had a Chicken Caesar Wrap which was warmed up…….but I had to ask them to warm it up a little longer!I must admit the staff were great about it and did it with a smile.The coffee is great.Parking: Loads of parking all around the main high street plus the multi-storey car park

They never fail to disappoint me. My drink was forgotten. Standing 10 min waiting. Seeing all the others being served who came after me. Didn't even get to hear an apology.
