Staff were great, little problem with the quality of the chips at first, pleasantly replaced with with more than we were asking for, staff work hard to keep up with the drinks, but it's only busy cos it's good ?Loved it ☆Guys thanks for replacing all our lemonades that were just soda water cos the flavour had run out, without a blink & with a smile .. Went in to have a pint before heading home ordered my drink and stood at the bar at a empty pub I was then approached by a lady who spoke to me like I was filth to move to the other side of the bar I apologised and left .

We entered the pub on Thursday 21st March to buy a drink only. Was met by the land lady who asked if we booked a table, we politely said no as just wanted a drink. She was rude and said we had to sit on the right side of the pub as she does not have people standing at the bar. It is not restaurant its a pub. Will not.go.

First time here, I really liked it. Lovely pub, plenty of space; food is amazing! Delicious and reasonably priced considering the quantity given. So much that You Can't finish it! Would highly recommend this place to anyone!
Staff were great Meals were tasty and made quickly. Pots of tea were right on target.Kid-friendliness: Loads of child friendly meals and places for the kids to eat in a separate area from child free diners.

Had a great night. Food was lovely. Staff went above and beyond. Took time to talk to my daughter and make her feel like she was welcome and a friend. The land landy sue was very nice and spent time to say hello and ask how our meal and day had been. All barstaff were pleasant and cheerful. Great pub with friendly staff . Made welcome and look forward to coming back soon. Thanks for a great night

Didn’t wait long enough for food so can’t comment but on previous visit it was lovely so that’s what the star is for .. we had booked a table for a meal for myself and my husband . We had requested on the special request for a quiet area but u destined that this can’t always be granted . As we arrived the man at the bar shouted over “ have you booked “? I said that we had . He again shouted “ what’s your name “ so I replied with my name . He shouted over again “ what was that “ so I had to shout back my name ( I didn’t want everyone at the bar knowing my name . He then disappeared . Another man came out and asked “ was I waiting to be seated ?” To which I said yes thankyou . He pointed over to the nearest table right by the bar it was filthy and sticky and had a grimy high chair there ( we didn’t even need it ) . I asked nicely if we could be moved and the woman shouted over “ your having a laugh aren’t ya it’s full of kids “ we didn’t mind being hear children I work in a school as long as it was clean and a little more secluded . I saw the bar staff looking and laughing so with that I asked my husband if we could go somewhere else . We ended up at the brewers Fayre bexleyheath which I couldn’t fault clean , tidy , friendly staff and lovely food . We wanted to go to the yacht as I was planning to book a big group for a 50 th birthday but will not be returning . It used to be a wonderful place to go but not anymoreUpdateReplying to the ownerThe reason I didn’t notify a manager is because I felt so humiliated I just wanted to leave and the staff that were working ant the time wasn’t the friendliest of people . The younger man did try so maybe I could have spoken to him but as I said couldn’t get out of there fast enough . Our booking was before 4.30 so you obviously hadn’t started work yet . Thank you for getting back to me . I don’t normally like complaining but I really don’t think the staff should have spoken to me in that way especially the lady saying am I having a laugh in a very cocky manner . Myself and my family used to be frequent visitors to the yacht so we thought it would be such a lovely place to celebrate my 50 th birthday meal there . The food has always been lovely there . I really don’t think customers should be belittled and mocked in that way . Thank you again for replying . Need to try and find somewhere to host my meal now. My family suggested the yacht
