My low rating is for the extra charge. I was shocked that Costa is still charging extra for oat milk!That is absurd since oat milk can be bought for the same price of dairy nowadays, and a lot of people drink oat milk.Sadly I won't be coming back!

This shop used to be so nice to come and have a coffee and a chat. Unfortunately the manager left and there’s a new manager and staff. You wouldn’t be how much the atmosphere has gone downhill. Queues back to the door. One staff was told she wasn’t allowed to talk to customers anymore. Won’t be going back!!!!!

Employs one of the most annoying females on the planet. This employee is always chatting across the shop and serves customers very slowly. Her intention seems to be talking about her life rather than doing her job.She needs proper training or to be fired. She is a mixed race young adult around early 20s. Get rid of her and this place will be much BetterOtherwise the coffee is average.

A spacious and cosy place at Roman Road with the usual goodies available at Costa. The only thing is the timing - they close too early!

My coffee was amazing as usual, but the woman who served me was unpleasant. I had to change my order from takeaway to sit in, and she was not happy that she needed to void ONE drink and start again. She may have been having a bad day, but there is no need for the attitude.
