I placed an order through the KFC app for delivery by an Uber rider. When the rider messaged me to inform me of their arrival, I promptly went downstairs using the elevator, but couldn't locate any rider delivering KFC. I made several attempts to call the rider, but each call abruptly ended. Shortly after, I received a SMS message from the rider asking for the Pin code. Perplexed, I inquired about their whereabouts, and suddenly the order was canceled. Frustrated, I contacted Uber customer service to file a complaint, seeking a refund. However, they refused to reimburse me, claiming that the rider had called me multiple times and had reached the delivery location, with video evidence to support their claim. I find this puzzling, as I didn't receive any calls during that time, and it doesn't make sense why the rider would ask for the Pin code via SMS. Additionally, the notion of the rider's GoPro video going live and being instantly uploaded to the Uber server seems implausible. The situation raises doubts and lacks coherence.

It served a purpose after a night out on the ale. Staff seemed polite but I'd had a few. Food was tasty but I think I could have eaten anything by then ?

Our order did not arrive this evening via Just Eat. We were waiting for more than an hour. Just eat website says “delivered” but where??? Driver did not contact us at all to confirm. Very disappointed.

I recently visited KFC Mile End and was impressed. The staff were friendly especially Nowshin( Lady staff ) very good service, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant dining experience. Despite the busy rush, my order was taken promptly, and the food was served hot and fresh. Kudos to the team for their professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction.

It is more than dirty! The tables are not clean, there is food left on the tables and on the ground. Also there are less chairs to sit than tables. This place is the dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever seen and in my life I’ve never given a place one star.
