The milk shake machine actually worked..was very busy though..I had to ask for straws and they gave reluctantly even though my order was milkshakes..weird ?

Ordered at the drive-through .. got to the window to pay and no banana milkshake.. then gutted.. when I got home, I had a hotcross bun pie instead of an apple pie .. so basically, I only got 1 item I actually ordered out of 3 .. I didnt think it was hard order ..waste of time and

The environment is very dirty, the condition of the toilet is very bad, not cleaned regularly.. it smells bad... it takes a long time to serve food.

Much like every other McD, which is the point I suppose.The egg and cheese MC Muffin is OK for a breakfast, but as a meal with a hash brown and coffee it is expensive compared to a full english at Roy's Rolls.

I was extremely disappointed when I ask a staff member to open the iPad for my disabled daughter they said is not available at this moment and then 2 minutes later a normal child has approached the iPad and one of the staff member opened. to be honest this is look like discrimination to me . Please do something about because children with disabilities sometimes feel excluded.
