I've been here several times but was disappointed. The female staff is somehow ignorant. The male staff member is talking on the phone while making my drink. They are not good at their service and making coffee also not good at all

Me and wife we went the starbucks to had some coffee and to eat something. First of all the staff was very friendly, special the lady i guess the name her rutvi she was amazing she gaves us couple of suggestions regarding drinks and some new drinks as well. We had the lunch overthere which was very nice the combination of tosties and white mocha superb. I highly recommende, we'll come back.

I visited this store recently because and observed the friendly staff and had my best quality drink.Rutvi especially is so polite and asking how I’m doing, about work etc. It’s a delightful experience you should be very proud of her as an employee.

This Starbucks is very poor quality. The drinks they make often taste like old milk and they are stingy with the different sauces and flavors. The staff there is quite rude and unhelpful.The Starbucks that I frequent in central are much better, the quality of the coffee there is impeccable and the staff is much better. I cannot say the same about Mile End Starbucks. Disappointing! Don’t waste your money.Also the reason for all the positive reviews is that they come up to you and plead you to give them good reviews even though the service and quality of coffee does not match!

The worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Not only are the drinks tasteless, but the milk always tastes expired, or gone off. The staff are rude, arrogant, and continuously make my experience a bad one. The food is always over cooked or damaged. I could make better coffee and food in my home, without the ridiculous prices. If you’re in Mile End, I urge you to avoid this Starbucks.

This is probably the best Starbucks I’ve been to, I work opposite and every morning or afternoon before my shift I grab a coffee and the team here are amazing ! They always have my white mocha ready and give amazing customer service!
