The food is good, but the atmosphere the owner creates makes the experience of eating there tense and unpleasant. The restaurant is always empty, it really should just stick to take aways. The owner lacks the personality and patience to welcome people in to dine at Amaretto Hendon.

Coffee is less expensive than Costa next door but not as good. Not paying for a coffee every morning if they won't even let you use the toilet. I worked in hospitality for eight years, not allowing use of the toilet "unless you buy something" is the most ridiculous thing I've heard. Terrible customer service. No wonder your restaurant is always empty. I'll just go on the street outside, shall I. Clearly you don't have any regular customers as you don't even recognise them !! I'll take my business to Costa then as their iced is better anyway!

food is bad. mozzarella in old oil must have been fried, lasagna smelled bad. My husband had chorizo in his pizza and wanted salami. eating for delivery. I am disappointed

Principessa pizza was missing vital toppings - tasteless.Sauté potatoes are bland & soggy.Pasta Al Forno was burnt and I could not taste any tomato sauce even though it is meant to be Bolognese sauce.There was no parmesean cheese, false advertising at it's best. Won't be coming back here or ordering again.Lack of taste, missing pizza toppings buuuuut fast delivery 2/5

The waiteress was was rude offensive and reflected the food quality which was way below par .. totally bad experience as she served everyone else ie take out ( two) before me as I was the only diner. yet she had the cheek to be racially sluring to say if I needed anything else when she served the meal and then added “don’t you want chilli”, especially as the meal did not call for chilli but knowing I was brown , assumed I would eat the meal with chilli . I found her nonchalant she did not care one bit how I felt and she had Messed up the order completely by forgetting the starterand even though I was tempted at this point to walk out she still had the cheek of charging me for an order when I expressed my dissatisfaction and that food later made my stomach turn !!
