I have never left a review in my life, anywhere, ever! My visit today to cafe Nero Brent X was so poor, the staff a so condescending, rude and arrogant, just off the scale. There are so many cafe outlets throughout Brent X, avoid Cafe Nero if you don’t want to be abused!

Came at 6:10pm and one of the staff said “we are closed” when it closes at 6:30pm.

Unfortunately today we went there with my family, we ordered coffe with oat milk because all of us are lactose intolerant and we couldn’t eat lactose milk but sadly they give all of our coffe with normal milk instead of oat milk and my sister has been vomiting since the afternoon and has shown a lot of sensitivity we take her to A&E.when you hire someone as barista you have to teach them if you haven’t oat milk you couldn’t use normal milk and put people’s lives at risk.

Good coffee.Pleasant service.Some customers put their phone on speaker, which makes the shop a bit loud.It would be great if the staff will pay attention to that.

I have no idea where any of the good reviews are coming from to be honest. I have been here 3 times and all 3 times were horrible. Staff speak to you in a completely condescending tone, you have to wait ages to get their attention AT THE TILL! They start chatting away in their own language while you are waiting, making what should be a 2 minute wait turn into 10 minutes. I tried to use a gift card which they said didn't work and they immediately said cash or card, without attempting to try again or have any patience whatsoever, but I have to have patience for their chatting and gossiping while they should be preparing our food/drinks . Huffing and puffing and rolling their eyes because I asked them to try again. No greeting , no nothing. Then they had the audacity to ask then next customer to rate their experience on the app right in front of them telling them to please rate it good??? If you were actually good, wouldn't need to ask anybody to rate you and put them on the spot!

I love that this place is nestled away in a dept store. Great pit stop to refresh and refuel!Dietary restrictions: I had a lovely vegan cheesecake with a delicious oat latte.

Nice coffee shop located on top floor of Fenwick's. Some corporates tend to use it for team meetings and the chatter can be tedious and cringey.. Apart from this it's very nice...

Paid Café Nero Brent Cross a visit to sample their Friday fish lunch, and I was not disappointed. Portion size was spot on, and the meal was fresh, tasty, and flavoursome. The atmosphere was serene and pleasant, which is ideal when seeking a place for a quiet bite to eat.I would definitely recommend it here as a place to eat in.

Terrible customer service from the baristas at Caffè Nero, we had attempted to order two ice drinks to which we were told only one ice drink is available due to lack of ice. So we settled with one hot drink and one cold. As we were waiting, and a few customers later, we heard some people ordering multiple ice drinks, to which we questioned “when we asked we were told only one ice drink can be ordered?” Their response was “oh we just made more ice now”, we responded to say “if we were informed, we would’ve been happy to wait” and the audacity of the barista to respond in a vile tone “we can’t tell the ice to hurry up” it made no sense and that wasn’t our point, we would’ve just wanted to be informed if there was a little wait and then make our own decision of whether we wanted to wait or not. Very rude and not accommodating. These staff need training!
