Honestly, get rid of your current staff, they are ruining your business, they are so rude… I been coming to the Kanteen for the food as the food is absolutely delicious, best food I have eaten in Brent.. but ur staff the ladies in the front…?!?!? they should be taking a customer service class as they have 0 experience, its such a shame like I said the food is amazing but the lack of respect is questionable , hence why people never return..! They would ignore you when you call them and even when the food arrives they just throw it on the table as if you were a dog! What a shame.. id rather eat at Roni’s .

I really like this place for breakfast. They have a lot of different dishes to choose from, and their desserts are amazing. I'm a regular customer because I keep coming back. But, I wouldn't suggest going there in the late afternoon or evening. I had a not-so-great experience when I went at that time. It felt like they wanted to close early, even though they still had more than half an hour before closing time. It made me feel like I had to leave quickly.

This place used to be good before Covid, it has gone downhill now, it is dirty, only one toilet for staff & customers, people queue to use it.Staff washing their table sponges in the toilet sink area. The food portion was small compared to previous visits. I ordered lemon salmon, it arrived with a bit of rice & no vegetables. When I asked for some side veggies, they said I have to pay extra £11 on top of £24.There was no cutlery on the table, when we asked the waiter, she kept saying she doesn’t understand what we need!!!!. We asked for manager who was very rude & told us “ I am an old woman & I can’t check every table”.All together we had a terrible experience , never go back again.Such a waste of money. Stay away by all means.

I was with 3 friends and we had a table in Brent Cross in one of the side aisles so although it was fairly quiet, there was very little atmosphere. At least I could hold a conversation without shouting. The food was fine and the portions large and well prepared.Dietary restrictions: A kosher restaurant

What a treat to be able to eat at a Kosher restaurant inside a mall. Makes me feel like I’m in israel. The food was very tasty and the service was great. It was quite crowded but I felt that we were seen to fairly fast. The food came out in a timely Fasion and the options were much like an Israeli breakfast lunch place. I would return to try some other items on the menu. Two thumbs up.Wheelchair accessibility: We were able to push a wheelchair through the place.Dietary restrictions: All kosher

Had only been there once so cannot comment. Very useful restaurant in the Brent Cross shopping centre. Staff pleasant. Can sit either within or outside it. Did have to wait though half an hour for our food to be served as there was some big order they were busy tending to.

Next to nothing available for vegans, and no compromises on the dishes to accommodate this (you will still be charged full price). The owner, who served us was rude and officious. I opted for the avocado spinach sandwich. No avocado, two leaves of spinach, two olives and one slice of pickle.£18. Outrageous.Dietary restrictions: No vegan options available

I was supposed to be taking my mum out for a late lunch. I asked for a flat white and was brought a watered down cappuccino. I had to ask the waitress two times if we can order, and after half an hour of waiting someone eventually came over. We had decided to just leave after such a long wait. I received a half arsed apology after I explained the situation.Really really disappointing.

I was at this restaurant with my friend and we had both our babies with us. The kids were hungry so we started feeding them their food (we had with us) before we ordered however 5 mins later we were told feeding the babies their food wasn’t permitted as it is a Kosher restaurant. We were baffled as we had both never been to a restaurant that said no to babies eating their own food! Even after explaining the baby food is vegetarian the waitress persisted with the restaurant policy. We had to leave the restaurant with the babies still wearing their bibs so we could continue feeding them elsewhere. Completely appalled at this establishment.

Delicious food, fast and friendly service. Reasonably priced.Kid-friendliness: Plastic cups for the kids always appreciated. Great menu choices for kids as well (although the sausages and chips were a bit overpriced)

I came in a very busy Sunday. The waiters were completely professional and dealt nicely with customers. Because I was alone I could observe the details that otherwise would pass no noticed. Although I had to wait a bit for the meal due to the concurrence of the day, I appreciated the ambiance. The music wasn't too loud, just the right volume to have a nice Sunday soundtrack. And for those of you that are waiting for my review of the meal I just can say: "go and taste by yourselves" ;)

My first experience, we were very quickly greeted and taken to a table. Menu and utensils were provided quite quickly. We studied the menu for a short while a waitress came over to take our order. She asked if we were ready to which we replied: Yes but started clearing the table next to us that was now vacant. She did not return to take our order at all and 3 other members of staff just walked past.We waited a while but as no one had returned to take our order we felt unwelcome and left without food or beverages consumed.Poor customer services.

That day which you don’t eat anything because you are busy with work and await that take-away which looks delicious and so mouthwatering… unfortunately it was the first and the last time buying anything from this restaurant as I’ve been treated with the worst experience ever in history of restaurants, specially with the negative attitudeI kept on receiving from ALONA which was so off-putting.Thank you very much for your bad customer service as from now I know where not to buy food and I will make sure that all my friends and family are aware of this off-putting place.P.s. never mind I was charged triple the amount I was told I’ll be charged.
