I'm not a big fast food visitor. For ten pounds I got a wrap and potato slices. It wasn't very big and I doubt I will visit again. The money can be spent elsewhereBetter than alot of fast food places though

This branch has clearly taken on feedback, quality and quantity of food is much better, and service is good. The self-order machines are a brilliant addition.

The food was amazing as always, however the service was rude. Main reason why I give less than 5 stars is purely service. They ignored me when I came in, ignored me as a I said good morning and just handed me my order without a single word/smile. What surprised me was this was not a team member but a supervisor/manager. As a hospitality worker it pains me to write this review as I understand how tiring long days are on your feet and how annoying costumers could be, especially after a long busy shift, however they literally just opened the store (it was just past 9am) so I was either their first or second costumer. I have notice this is usual at Brent cross shopping centre in general, not sure if there is a reason as the service in a few different shops wasn’t friendly at all either.

For a fast food chain I find the Leon menu more interesting and appealing with Mediterranean flavours, it would have been nice change and rare opportunity for elderly folks to try a bite to eat there today as it was fairly quiet and less time to be seated compared to the other restaurants next to it. However, before making them walk all the way across with walking aids whilst already tired, I asked them to wait where they already stood in clear view of the serving desk of Leon to avoid walking too much more, popped over to the Leon desk to ask if would be ok to take a menu over to my parents showed them exactly where they stood to have a quick look at and bring straight back so they could decide if there was something they might like to try before having to walk further. A lovely helpful dark haired oriental looking lad immediately said yes of course no problem, he just had to check with his colleague possibly assistant manager..a young girl with medium long mousey brown hair with a european accent, who without a second glance flat refused and said to me to take a picture on my phone instead! I explained to her that the menu is so big it’s easier for them to see the type and a scrolling about on a small phone isn’t very practical for them whilst holding onto walking aids. Yet still refused!! Really?!? Pretty appalling customer service and even less common sense from the so called ‘Manager’. HQ Leon Brent Cross, highly suggest you retrain that girl and she seriously needs to take a leaf from her colleague in kindness and customer service with a smile…it goes a long way. One day she may find herself in their shoes. Manners and kindness cost nothing.

Really gone downhill. Used to be a nice place to go, now it’s just a conveyer belt of food, fries are soggy, very little for GF people, limited selection of other food, just unpleasant to be and sit there. Will not go back.

went to the leon inside brent cross shopping centre around 1330h.has a decent amount of seats & tables.it was very quiet when I went.as with pretty much all burger chains these days, used their on-site screens to order food.order was ready in just a few minutes.eating area was generally dirty.tables had not been wiped clean.leftover food & rubbish on a few tables. not great, considering I only recall 3 or 4 other diners there.the food? the waffle-style fries were nice enough, and the chilli ketchup had a good "kick" to it, but the chicken burger was disappointing.it was on the small side.the chicken was the grilled variety, but it was dry, and hard & almost burnt in places around the edges.not very satisfying, nor filling.maybe a bad at the office on that day? but it wasn't busy at all, so it can't be attributed to being in a rush to serve all the waiting customers.I went to m & s afterwards to buy a sandwich!maybe I'll try another location one day, but I cannot recommend the one in brent cross.

Always great food at reasonable price. Healthy options & good for people who track their calories intake. Staff are friendly & service is quick.Kid-friendliness: Great kids meals: healthy, tasty & at a good price.Parking: Parking is accessible, free, appears to be secure and spacious.

I had the halloumi wrap which was good…nothing exceptionally exciting but not bad either. They could be more generous with their fries and I would prefer to order at the counter too as their screen ordering system is not a seamless experience.

Visited today. First electronic menu display not functioning properly. Had to tap second one pretty hard toconfirm order. Service was extremely quickly. I then went to buy an additional bottle of water. Waitress with braided hair told me I'd have to wait. She served another 4 to 5 people in the meantime. After about 7 minutes, when I said" Can I have that bottle of water now please?" I was told she was still busy serving more food into bags. Left without buying the water. Not visiting again either. How long would it have taken her to get me a bottle from a cooler which was three steps from her? Manager, in other comment, said they'd look at retraining staff. I could nominate a person for the 1st available session

Such a dirty store food and left over wrappers everywhere. I watched one staff member hand a coffee to a customer with a lose lid, this then spilt coffee everywhere. He the handed her blue paper to tidy it up. It wasn’t till the I can only assume manager told him, he can round to clear it up. Then used the same cloth on the floor, then onto the food counter. There was know washing hands after either, straight back to handling food. I understand people working here are probably paid peanuts, but when you are working with food cleanliness is important. I’d avoid

Food fairly standard, you know what you’re getting with Leon. Customer service was poor. The tables were quite dirty and there didn’t seem to be any effort from the staff to get these clean for new customers. Additionally, they insisted to direct everyone to order via the kiosks, even though 3 of the staff were standing behind the counter, with, what seemed like nothing to do. Need to do better Leon.

We went to Brent Cross to do a bit of shopping and we wanted something to eat. Every where had a queue and a wait to eat in, apart from Leon, so we thought we'd just go here. The food was ordered from the large screens and then you pick up your food from the counter. There's loads of seating at the back and on the side. I just thought no one went there and actually they are very busy but just very efficient. We had a burger, rice box, some sides, dips and drinks, the price was very reasonable. Everything was tasty, good flavours, staff were good. We left feeling full without that bloated feeling you usually get after you eat a burger, which was great! Will definitely come back again.
