Had to wait for 20 minutes and chase to get my meal. So many staff around but clearly inefficient and poorly directed.

Went here yesterday and it was horrendous, total chaos as the machines werent working properly (they dont take orders at the counter anymore), they ran out of Quarter Pounders, and the Fries were disgusting, so overly salted, I've never had such salty fries before, utter rubbish. Milkshake was also underfilled (only filled up 3/4 of the bottle)
