Having attended Nando’s today, I am absolutely shocked at the service.I must say the staff seem friendly, however myself and my partner order two chicken wraps each and sides. Not complicated. My wrap arrived within 10/15 minutes my partners wrap arrived 45 minutes later.I have never been to a restaurant where the food has arrived at a different time such as 45 minutes in between.I had to remind the staff of our order as I believe they had forgotten the order hence the delay.At no point did any of staff check on us or why we only had one order at the table.Our drinks were also forgotten.For a Wednesday afternoon this service was subpar.I will not be returning to this Nando’s.

Ever since I arrived in the United Kingdom, Nando's has become my favorite spot! Recently, I had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding service, thanks to the incredible manager and his team!The food, as always, was delicious. Nando's unique flavors never disappoints, and the personalized attention further enhanced my experience.I appreciate the Brent Cross team for making each visit a great experience. I will definitely remain a loyal fan of this place! Highly recommended!

We were four and while the others shared a whole chicken I got the rainbow bowl and a little salad before that because they were out of broccoli which is a shame because that was what I was looking forward to. ?

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Nando's Brent Cross, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. If I could give this experience a 0-star rating, I would.I placed an online order and mistakenly entered the wrong email address, resulting in me not receiving the receipt. I promptly contacted the restaurant, and despite the manager's assurance that the receipt would be attached to the order, this did not happen.Efforts to communicate with someone else at the restaurant have been ignored, making this the worst customer service encounter I've ever had.This level of service is simply unacceptable, and I hope this review prompts some improvements.

I would like to mention a staff member at the Brent Cross branch of Nando's. We dined there yesterday for lunch and Adil went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He also helped me out when I had a spill over my clothing.Thank

Food was overcooked, tasted really dry & chewy. Staff behind the tills looked fed up as this location is fairly busy.Atmosphere is awful! An ex-employee of this location was sitting on the table next to me, 4 members of staff stopped what they were doing to sit with her for an hour to chat. They were being so loud and obnoxious, I couldn't enjoy my meal with my wife.Honestly, I wish I went to another location, was a waste of money.Only positive point of coming here is that there is plenty of free parking in the car park.Parking: Plenty of free parking as you have the entire Brent Cross parking structures.

The service was pretty poor, it took them 25 minutes to give me a glass to get a coke! Why?! I asked more then once as I'd already paid for it...There were about 3 different screaming kids in there which made it unbearable and my friend left early, staff should tell people to shut their kids up and if they won't then ask them to leave, what is society becoming when no one I'd considerate anymore.

We came around 8pm where the store was quite empty , me and my brother ordered a quarter chicken and a salad , firstly the salad took about 35min to arrive , and the quarter chicken has not arrived for about 40min , when confronting the manager , he straight away went on defence and and tried to tell us that they didn’t do anything wrong , thankfully we received a refund , but we left with a empty stomach
