Waited around 10 mins to be seated. Literally sat down and was asked if we were ready to order. Said we had only just sat down. Can you give us a few minutes. Once ordered, the food arriv3d in 10 mins, which was great . Food tasted nice, but don't feel was substantial for the price, especially the salad. There was not a lot of salad for the price in my experience, but it was ok. It would be nice if they did deep pan, as thin pizza isn't really filling enough for me. Hence why I said it was not enough for the price. Although the pizza was a good size, it was just to thin for my liking. Service was good. They cater for meat eaters, vegetarians, and vegans. Heard one the waiters say to another couple that just came in and sat if they are 'normal eaters' or vegetarians or vegans. Wasn't impressed with that. Overall, it was a nice meal atmosphere was ok.Vegetarian options: Had a separate menu for vegans and vegetarians.Dietary restrictions: They did ask if we had any special dietary requirements.

My wife and I received excellent service from Joanna. She was warm, friendly and went above and beyond what's expected to give us an exceptional service. I'd like to also commend Barts (Manager) for his friendly service.

We were at Brent cross pizza express last week and were graciously served by Tomaz. He took our orders quickly and delivered the food in a timely manner. We will visit again.Vegetarian options: Enough choice

Our waiter George was absolutely wonderful. Made sure that we were alright and enjoying everything throughout! Very kind and a great smile too! Overall great ambience and the fellow waiting staff (Yasmine and Eli!!) were very sweet! The food was amazing and filling (our thanks and compliments to the chefs!!) arrived very quickly to the table. It was nice to see a variety of vegan options! Overall it was wonderful late afternoon meal with my friends.Dietary restrictions: Vegan food- amazing, beetroot Buddha, romana margarita and peppornata!!

The restaurant was busy as it was Saturday evening, but the welcome and service from manager Bart was so efficient and friendly, it was exceptional! You made me feel like home! ? also massive thanks to the kitchen team - my food was cooked to perfection! Well done all the team and hope to be back soon!

This place is run like a mess!Literally just walked out next door into Nandos as it take forever to get service. Even when I walked in I had to wait over 5 minutes without anyone giving a slight nod to suggest they are coming. If you do not want to work then I suggest doing something else. Such a shame when you are craving a pizza express pizza but let down by a badly managed franchise.

I had a great evening at the Brent Cross Pizza Express. Matt was really attentive throughout my dining in and helped me choose my dessert from the many options. The new pizza dolce is quite nice, but hard to finish alone.

Service slow and inattentive. Got seated and had to prompt the waiter to get some attention after a good amount of waiting. Ordered the drinks and had to chase as we didn’t receive anything after a good 10 minutes. Asked for water and didn't get it. We ordered 5 pizzas to share and we got served 5 mini kids ones! Definitely not going back. Staff wasn’t rude, just couldn’t be bothered
On our last visit Mate was a great host. He advised us on what menu items were suitable for vegetarians and helped us change toppings so that we were 100% happy. The Vegan giardiniera with regular cheese and added chillies is a great choice.Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options are labeled clearly and the ability to replace toppings is good.

Much better since they refurbished this place. Food was good but I'm really upset that they've gotten rid of the Veneziana which was my favourite pizza. Thumbs down for that, but overall a pleasant experience...However, the prices are still exorbitantly high so we won't be coming here as often as we'd like to.

We had a birthday party booking for 20.The host was exceptionally attentive and helpful throughout the event, making sure everything ran smoothly. The pizzas were good and light, and the elderflower drink and berry mojito were delightful additions to the beverage menu.The only minor hiccup was a bit of a wait for the kids' meals, which made it a bit challenging to keep the little ones content when they were hungry. However, once the food arrived, they thoroughly enjoyed their meals from the kids' menu.Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and most importantly, the birthday girl had a fantastic time. I would certainly recommend this venue for parties and gatherings.

When you need a break from shopping its good to refuel with a Pizza. I was having trouble with the Pizza Express App and our very kind waitress tried to help then asked her manager to help. He sat next to me while I filled in the form and was very patient with two older customers . The pizzas were good too.
