They consistently lie and cheat their customers. When you want to pay for your sub by points, they make up excuses that their machine doesn’t work, that their terminal doesn’t work etc. most recently their excuse was that you can only pay for a “classic sub” with points and no other subs. People have to spend quite a lot of money to gather enough points for a free sub and this place doesn’t want to honor that. Avoid

I ordered a sandwich that was meant to have vegan cheese in it but came with normal cheese. This is really bad. If you want to make sure your dietary requirements are met, I would avoid this place.

Went to subway in Hendon Central at 10am today which is the opening time, the lady open the door and said the coleslaw is not ready come back in 20 minutes. We didn’t want coleslaw so I do not understand why we have to wait 20 minutes plus, the display says they are open from 10.Kid-friendliness: Went there at opening time and they said the coleslaw is not ready so we have to wait until they open at 10.20. But I didn’t want coleslaw so I don’t understand why they are not opening at the opening time that is displayed

Went to get food just after 22:00.Seeing as Google says they close at 22:30, I was extremely disappointed to find that they had already closed (at 22:00). ESPECIALLY as Subway had confirmed their business hours, on Google Maps, just a week before!!Will update once I've had a chance to eat from there.Data correct September '22.

An absolute joke of a “restaurant”and customer service!It was the 3rd and the last time I’ve ordered anything from you! They’ve completely messed up my sandwiches which I took pics of for refund purposes before they landed in the bin, and if that wasn’t bad enough an employee I spoken with upon calling the place would argue with me rather than apologise for their mistake!
