Ordered off uber eats. Food took 2 hours 14 mins to arrive. Arrived luke warm, ordered a 1.5L pepsi, they sent me 5 cans (2 miranda, 2 pepsi, 1 apple tango). Def won't order from there again.

Went to order two pizzas and portion of mozzarella sticks. Pizzas because of the 6 pound deal. We had plenty of people come in after us to order (not just eat or uber pre ordered) every single person left before us with their food. Place was busy and no compentent stuff to deal with high demand due to the offer. Only when prompted about mozzarella sticks did they put in to be cooked and then they had to be reminded that they were cooking. Once theyve taken them out they were burnt. We waited iver an hour just to see mozzarella sticks being burnt and wrong pizzas being made. The manager is the most rudest person ever. The way he treats his stuff is unacceptable. Speak to your stuff with respect not like they're your slaves! The whole shop witnessed him screaming at the poor girl on till. At one point said to his male staff who was cooking chips :"cook it like a man so you can do it faster". Was screaming at all of his staff in front of all customers but didn't do anything to help. The lady at the till was banging on the table shouting brother brother and banging on the table to get customers attention meaning no customers service or manners. Other customers were complaining about their orders and wait time. No apology what so ever instead blamed staff in front of customers to deal with pressure. Having ordered 3 customers cancelled their orders due to the experience received. I don't understand how they are still openNever going back again. Food was not worth hour wait so do AVOID!

Every time I ask for a spicy salt, they forget especially one guy who works there most of the time, either he has no interest to work coz he is speaking over the phone all the time while working or he has a very weak memory. I wonder how he is gonna work in a fast paced environment coz this place is not usually thay busy,

Was my first time today I ordered the tower burger meal. The food was tasty and the man serving me was nice and friendly. 4 stars because I could not see a hygiene rating anywhere which was concerning.

I ordered the rice meal with boneless chicken pieces. The chicken was so tough, I couldn't chew it or swallow it. Had to spit it out. Took a takeaway of chicken pop corn and chips. It had a horrible bitter taste and simply a waste of money. The staff was kind but the food is just awful. Don't want it even for free.

Bit much for the food they were serving though.Overall:2/10Food was edible but not all of my meal was enjoyable. Quite greasy and dodgy tasting chicken. There’s better chicken shops out there I’ll be real.

Awful. I'm a chef and if I ran my kitchen like theirs it would be shut down. The HO needs to get there pronto. No hygiene rating displayed (which is illegal btw). Chicken was pink in the middle, dark colour on the batter meant they were using very old oil. Fishy smell on the chicken as well. Chips were stale and undercooked. The worst. Stay away!
