Covid has ruined the vibe: no conveyor belt which was the reason to go. The service was terrible with staff not having a clue about the menu. And you had to order using the App. Will go somewhere else next time.

First things first, pre-pandemic, I was a loyal YO!Sushi customer, going one of their restaurants at least twice a week. Probably, the "only" reason for going to YO! was the sushi (nowadays they are more like sushi-like-things) on the belt. My kids loved the experience. I assume post pandemic, they have decided to kill the belt idea and introduced a "scan - order by phone - pay by phone" system. Now, this means "if you do not have a smartphone", you do not have a chance to eat sushi. More, even if you have a smartphone, if the restaurant-like shop is located at a coverage-blackhole, you do not have a chance to eat sushi. The only way is using their "wi-fi", by giving lots of information, just for the sake of ordering sushi. And even then, you cannot order several dishes as they are unavailable (but you can only learn the unavailability from a staff, if you can find one). Finally, the staff tries to find a solution, and takes the order (and if this was possible, why on earth this was not done despite my requests?) And guess what, the order is wrong. We have been served things we have not asked for (waiter did not clean the previous "basket"). It was an awful experience and I assume it will be the last.

Hello, despite their effort for being nice, the service is not professional at all. There were 3 waiters chatting instead of serving customers. The duck roll was the most disgusting sushi I’ve had in my life, soggy rive and tasteless. At least the unlimited miso soup was nice. We ended up hungry and spent 8£ for nothing. Also I’ve asked them about the offer “kids eat free” at a certain time but as my phone died I could not apparently access to the offer.Won’t come again.

Ordered a take away at the branch, the food wasn’t ready so we waited, the waiter packaged the items.. I realised after that they packaged 6 sushi rolls instead of 8, Clearly On the label says 8 so how can you miss that? I had to go back and complained, but they did not seem apologetic. I then asked if I can just exchange it to something else.. as my time was already wasted and didn’t want to wait further.. I picked out the item that was a bit cheaper. The waiter did not bother to check price difference was just ready to let me go until I pointed it out, when they said it’s just a “small price difference”. I’m sorry but despite the “small price difference” why should I pay more! After it was their mistake and not willing to pay anything more for such terrible service. Such lack of professionalism, they try to rip customers off!!! Always check your food and prices. I’ve been a regular, but I’d rather not visit this branch again.

Although the restaurant itself looks very tired, I could not fault the staffs enthusiasm or the food. The teriyaki chicken and popcorn shrimp were delicious.

I am not sure why Yo Sushi have decided to get rid of the only thing they are known best for; the conveyor belt. Ordering is now on your phone, the whole experience is awful and the standard of food has decreased. I used to love coming here for lunch but will not be revisiting unless the quality and appeal pre-pandemic returns.

I was bitterly disappointed to find there was no food on the belt and you needed to order food and pay on an app. The staff were basically working in an open plan kitchen making food for takeaways and customers. There as fun or any atmosphere - it just left me feeling depressed (I might as well as ordered from Deliveroo)

A fabulous welcome, food and service. The team are very welcoming and always remember my order even before I’ve placed it. They make me feel welcome and at home.

I always look forward to eating at Yo Sushi whenever I go to Brent Cross. The food is always fresh and delicious. The staff are courteous and friendly. I missed this place so much during lockdown. I look forward to many more trips to Yo Sushi, definitely a place I would recommend.

We went on Saturday before seeing Ed Sheeran. We didn’t have much time so needed something quick. A lovely lady showed us to our space and we ordered on our phone. Everything was quick and the food was sooo tasty! Well done guys.

They seem to have changed the menu recently. Whilst it's nice to freshen things up I actually preferred the old. A more regular clean of the benches and stools wouldn't go amiss either. Still, me the wife and the kids like our sushi so we will be back to fill our boots again !

Amazing wonderful staff who are very kind and full of vibes.A few years ago, i was leaving the store and i looked at some of the staff in a rude way.I was not in a good state of mind, and that was not my usual behaviour, i am very sorry.I wish you all the best and lots of happiness and smiles :)
