The new manager is very unpleasant, no hospitality skills, no management skills and no common sense but then again I suppose that’s the thing with common sense it’s not that common! All the other staff are great.

This used to be my go-to Costa - at the time they were at least 5 stars. But, they keep hiring new staff which I am sorry to say but > extremely incompetent and clueless. I haven’t had a good coffee in forever here and will have to go to other places from now on. They keep messing up my orders, and I’m fed up with it.

There are mouses in the café.. they ran under my feet twice.. that’s when there are customers in the café so imagine when its closed and no one is there, what a hygienic place!!!

Very depressing environment. Old staff gone; coffee is watery; cafe is falling apart; floor is full of black & yellow duct tape; chairs and carpet are filthy; new manager is overly rude and distasteful; toilet was dirty and wet with used tissues littering the floor.IT’S DISGUSTING!!!?I’m forced to go elsewhere due to a lack of hygiene and poor customer service.

I went to get a toastie, while queuing I counted 8 flies around and on the food in the pastries/cake section. A staff member seemed oblivious to them when getting out some cake to serve but it was enough to put me off wanting a

Thia Costa is my local branch, and it is absolutely abhorrent. The younger staff members are rude, they are on their phones, and they take ages to give out drinks. The older staff is nice, but regardless, all of their drinks taste like nothing (unlike in other branches I've tried), and the food is often stale.I have had a Costa Card for about 7 years, I quite like their stuff in general if I'm on the go, but I am going to avoid this branch completely in the future.

No wifi! I regularly stay in this area for business. Everytime I go, I find that the wifi is not working. I basically want to work there, so it wastes my money every time. It is also in a mobile data black out spot. Sort it out Costa!
