Amazing service, staff are so good. It's usually busy when I attend and only 1 or 2 staff serving, however the staff handle the queue like pros. Their parents should be so proud of them. I can see them going to the top of the Gregg's hierarchy.

the service is terrible, one of the worst services, a great company like this should review its employees, they don't do the order and just mess around with their cell phones, frustrating, all the customers were waiting for the employees to stop their jokes and put the cell phones away for us to meet

Every time opening at least half hour late.Manager rude.Never prepared.Always out of sandwiches.Constantly gets orders wrong. Have to repeat myself multiple times.Worst greggs I’ve been to.Leave early for work to stop get breakfast and end up with out any multiple times now.

This is a very popular greggs. Expect long queues. It was closed for one hour during lunch time as the store was short staffed with just one man working. Would have appreciated a be back by time sign as people including myself were standing outside confused at 1 pm as to why it was closed and for how long until 10 minutes later a passerby who had been in greggs earlier explained. The sausage rolls and glazed doughnuts are great but the jam doughnut was so dry I spit it out and tossed it.I rated down the service as don't expect a friendly smile. I had to insisr I wanted the doughnut behind the counter when she tried to push selling the prepackaged ones. I won't be back to this greggs.

Don't think I've ever seen sandwiches or hot food in this Greggs - what's the point? Always feels like you're an inconvenience, staff in dire need of a trip to Newcastle to show how it's really done.

'Barista' blew his nose in the middle of making the worst coffee I have ever drunk.I felt as though I should have apologised for being there.I sat and took a few moments for the coffee to cool down and watched and noticed that all white customers are treated appallingly
The too good to go bag I received from here was just plain disrespectful

We went there at 4:20 pm and we were denied to sit at the tables. So, in the end we didn’t buy anything.This Greggs closes by 5:30 pm on Saturday. I'm very disappointed with the service.
