Truly one of the worst branches that’s letting the entire company down. What sort of “Greggs” is sold out of sandwiches and baguettes before 12pm, nor sells sandwiches or baguettes on Saturday’s & Sunday’s? It shows a clear lack of supply chain management & poor business planning, and I would strongly recommend you avoid this branch at all costs unless you want to walk away with a big fat serving of disappointment.

Unfortunately is it never on time. It’s says at 6.30am but even after 7.15-7.30am it is still not open. A few of us wait outside for 5-10mins before giving up. I think the opening. times need to be revised.

Very rude young guy behind the counter. I just asked to warm it up the sausage roll as it was so cold like from the fridge he refused and made me feel so uncomfortable saying he needs to talk to manager just to warm up the roll…

I asked for a 2 bacon rolls with no butter because I’m allergic to dairy and when I went to check if it didn’t have butter it had butter in it ! If I had eaten that I wouldn’t want to think of what would have had happen to me !

So I went in this morning and they gave me COLD vegan sausage rolls. I asked the woman working there if I could have them hot or at least warm and she said no. I have paid already so it was too late. I couldn’t even eat them, It tasted uncooked.

Greggs always reminds me of Kerry Catona as she was spotted purchasing a sausage roll there. Today, I did exactly the same. Plus a couple more items. The quality is good. They've been around as long as Kerry herself, so they should know how to bake sausage rolls by now. The only problem is catch them if you can. As Brixton is a busy area, that shop always seems empty to me.

This must be the worst Greggs I have been in. Don't know how this shop survives. For the whole week at around 9am or 10:30 ask staff of they have any sandwiches, the answer i get is no, there is only 2 of us. Went into the Greggs in Walthamstow and there are only 2 members of staff there, but everything is stocked up. Even when the Brixton shop finishes serving a customer and they have free time they don't even start of the Sandwiches. Don't want to eat sausage rolls and steak bake everyday. So tempted to shut account and app. This shop needs some serious management.

Once again, staff very rude, asked if they had any pizza ready she replied it was in the oven and said I had to wait 5 minutes then 9 min but she didn’t put any pizza in the oven and she started having a go to me very dissatisfied
