Food is OK, but I went to the toilet and there was a man in the cubicle smoking a crack pipe, rubbish and nasty stuff all over the floors. When ordering food, homeless drug users kept asking me to buy them food NUMEROUS times which led me to take my food and eat it elsewhere. Vile place.

I understand staff were extremely busy in serving after club crowd. But the organisation and coordination could have been better.People just stood at collection point even though their order number haven't been called. Couldn't get through to pick up my order and had a hot coffee splash while trying to pick it up.Spoke to security, and he said they can't do anything.

Delivery orders ALWAYS have missing items. How hard is it to read an order and fulfill it? Not hard which is why this never happens when ordering in store, which leads me to believe they are doing it deliberately and pocketing money somewhere as they don't have to refund the customer themselves.

Literally the best maccies I’ve ever been to. The staff were so polite and actually quite funny, a first for my McDonald’s experiences in the uk! Lynford was the absolute highlight of my trip, helped me with a tiny issue I had with such charm and promptness. So tentative! No clue how he’s not a manager. Thanks crew, great job :)

By far and away the longer I’ve ever waited, anywhere on earth, for a McDonald’s.Would have been complaining in a Michelin Star restaurant.Lots of small takeaways nearby. Don’t bother with this joint - it’s overloaded af

The staff are great and really helpful. But the food ain’t great like other stores and it’s not helpful to be hungry an having to throw your food away twice in one sitting. Double chicken burger was stiff like a biscuit. When replaced it was worse.
There is no option to give zero stars. This place is to be avoided at all costs. Never again. And please please do NOT use the toilets.Staff could not keep up with the orders, the printers had no paper, the food was missing the sauce, asking for some ketchup seemed asking too much. The clientele was packing the counter. Some of the people there were eating and drinking their own food. It is a complete mess of a place. There is no level of desperation that should bring people into this place. Get a packed sandwich from Tesco! But don't go to this McD!

Definitely the worst McDonald's I have ever been too, the food was lukewarm at best, and the chips were practically cold. The staff looked completely disinterested and unmotivated, despite it being busy with loads of delivery orders and waiting customers.

Food is nice, however speed and service can be an issue not really the staffs fault as they are working flat out just to me seems as if Uber eats etc have really made this job a lot

It’s supposed to be open 24h. However from 22:00 (Saturday) a very “nice” gentleman closes the door and Cherry picks who gets to enter based on apperiance I guess.

Ordered 2 burgers yesterday night but the borne was not printing . When I went to speak the the staff on the night the could not help me as I did not have a ticket However when I woke up I saw that I got charged for it...
