The truth is that I am quite disenchanted with the place, I went to order an American coffee which obviously cost me £3:20 and when I tried it it was just painted water when I claimed that they had sold me and the person in charge was quite rude and impolite I speak a little of English, but even though she was upset, I didn't raise my voice at her and I behaved because there were a lot of people. I had heard her speaking a little Spanish with another client and I asked her, do you speak Spanish, and she responded by raising her voice that she didn't speak. Spanish, this is London, here you have to speak English, who is she to tell me how I should speak and in what language I should speak, I am paying for a service, which I was not comfortable with and I have complained about it, I understand, I don't understand. I know why apparently I was asking.

Previously a 5 star, but I come here daily for 6 months and a few of staff are so rude beyond words I'll cancel my subscription. During the whole transaction if they are feeling polite they will just say "scan it" but most of the time they will just grunt and gesture where to scan.

I’ve been told that the staff here are very unclean. They don’t wash their hands before making stuff and this was about 7 months ago though. Wouldn’t recommend this place as the staff aren’t as nice as you think they are.I also remember that there was a blond manager (not sure if she is still there) and she was a pain! Man if I was an employee there, I would’ve quit on the spot from hearing her voice! Always yelling at the other staff members and ruins the atmosphere.

I ordered through Deliveroo, the chai latte they sent smelled like clove. Nothing like the other chai lattes I had in other Pret. Very disappointed. No way to make a claim.
Such beautiful staff made my morning !!Had the most gorgeous sandwich!!

I haven't been there more than year but now I moved back to area, so visiting time to time. I have to say that shop is nice. It has the sitting area downstairs - but it use to be closed afternoon. I miss the ginger hair girl who was supervisor there during lockdowns, she had best customer service, but she is not there anymore. One big negative is that a toilet is nonstop closed.
