We had a lovely time celebrating my little sisters 18th birthday. Our waitress Daisy was lovely and attentive throughout. We really enjoyed our time and would recommend a bottomless brunch at turtle bay!

The service here is terrible. We booked a table last night for my birthday and arrived at about 23:15. Upon arrival, we were told that the place would be closing at 1am, as stated on the website. At about 00:20 the staff began to rudely kick us out, stating they were closing in 5 mins. As we had just ordered drinks and had not been informed of the changed closing time, we queried the staff on the issue and they became aggressively loud and rude. We were forced to leave our unfinished drinks at the table with no compensation or apology. The behaviour of the staff on duty was extremely unprofessional and shocking.

Food tasted great don’t get me wrong, but the portion size is scandalous. This exact meal used to be half a chicken, which is now just a slim chicken breast, coupled along with a tea spoon scoop of coleslaw. This would easily be a 4/5 star rating if you got your moneys worth when it comes to the “dinner”

We went for the bottomless brunch, didn’t have the greatest experience whilst sorting out the booking, they answered the phone and left me waiting for about 20 minutes before finally sorting out the issue.The service in the restaurant was fine but the food took very long to come out so the drinks had definitely kicked in and had us feeling tipsy!Good portion was quite small, it was nice but enough of it even with a side of chips, my friends also felt the same about their meals, some even ordered more food! The honey bunny dish could have also done with a pot of syrup rather than it being added already

Really really enjoyed this place. The sauce on the prawns appetizer is just wild, and the curry goat is delicious as well. Tasty drinks and a nice rum selection presented with wonderful descriptions/flavor profiles.Chanelle was our server, and very attentive.If I lived in London I'd be back here all the time.I was a little sad they were out of squid but it just gives me an excuse to come back before I leave the UK next week!

Turtle Bay's bottomless brunch was a fantastic experience for me and my friends. We had 2 hours of unlimited drinks and delicious food, with a lot of options to choose from. The service from our server, Shaze, was outstanding. She was friendly, attentive and professional. She also gave us some great recommendations on what to try. One of the cocktails we loved was the "ting a ling", a refreshing and floral drink. If you are looking for a fun and relaxing way to spend your weekend, I highly recommend Turtle Bay's bottomless brunch!

I came to bottomless brunch. We were served by Kiki. Our server was amazing. she was so polite and attentive. We were 3 people so we’re hoping for drinks quickly and she saw straight to that. She deserves a raise for the hardwork she puts into her customer service!!!
This is a place to visit if you have not already.Definitely will be returning! Good food, good vibes, nice ambiance and the host and servers are amazing at their jobs! Excellent service. Really well done.

Service and food was great tho we did wait about 30 mins for a round of drinks. We were informed it was a bartender’s first evening. Ellie was amazing however and sorted us right out. Provided amazing customer service.

Jerome, Yasmine and Jasmine gave us the nicest time!! the service was impeccable , we were so happy we came. We were treated so well and the food and drinks were incredible. But special shout out to the three of them, would’ve not been the same without themVegetarian options: good veg options!!

We booked bottomless brunch on Sunday for 12 people. The food was alright, drinks are tasty, music could be more louder a bit , however, I got really disappointed with the service, it was not busy on the day, and we been waiting for round of drinks for so long even though we could see clearly when they started to make them and when they were ready to go they been on the tray for a few minutes. I think staff should more focus on providing a perfect service to the guests, and not chatting that much while people are waiting their drinks as it’s really annoying waiting drinks 20/25min each round, when even though all 12 drinks are the same. And working in the same field could be said it doesn’t take that long to make it. It’s just doesn’t makes sense if you not able to manage big groups on quite time you shouldn’t accepted this type of bookings.

My best pal and I are down in London from Perth, Scotland for her 21st birthday celebrations, we saw Turtle Bay via a TikTok and we had to come and check it out - and I am so glad we did! We both went for a bottomless brunch, £35pp and you are entitled to draught beer, cocktails, mocktails, soft drinks & hot drinks + any brunch dish, wrap or burger.We both went for the chicken roti wrap, served with house slaw - it was a definite 13/10!To our amazing server Danni, you were superb, very attentive and welcoming - we are so thankful!If you’re in London, come here!!! :)
