Standard BP garage selling all the items you would expect. Hot food and drink available at the front counter. Toilets were suitably clean. Staff were kind and friendly.

I visiting this station very often, and I have really mixed feelings... some of the staff have absolutely no idea about the products that are available on offer. I also work in a similar industry, I have contact with clients and I cannot imagine such unprofessionalism, ignorance and unwillingness to work of some people. Also, if you offer hot meals etc, it would be really nice if the customer could use the restroom, wash their hands, you know simple things like that. Unfortunately, the toilet is often closed, blocked whatever (I know some people are idiots or kind of animals and they don't know how to use toilet, I know) butwhen I asked when it will be available I always receives the same answer: I don't know, we are busy now which means: I don't care man, it's not my job to sort it out, go away... and I write this complain just because its not first time... shame

The staff at this BP station are usually pleasant especially the tall black guy that wears glasses. I recall leaving my purse at home after I’d filled my car up. No fuss was made. I was calmly given a form to complete before returning with the payment. Last Friday, I visited the station to purchase a few items. I was greeted with a huge smile at the checkout. The member of staff happily packed my shopping. Her name was Cheryl.Thank you

The men’s on the till deliberately stopping the fuel. It took me 10 minutes to fuel my car for £20!!!! Please report it.

So expensive.. . They've put diesel up twice in the last day by 4p... as the Chancellor intends to take 5p off...odd that. Go elsewhere!

Just to say 10/10 for customer service at my local BP m&s store, ayour went the extra mile for a very regular customer, take note staff everywhere, this man leads by example ? 10/10. Will still keep on using for these reasons. Many thanks shane

An employee behind the counter 'Kumanan' was very rude and disrespectful. Put petrol in my vehicle, lined up to pay and when I got to the counter to pay my card was declined. There was a huge queue behind me so I informed him that I'm coming back.When I got towards the door (heading towards my vehicle to get my other card that I'd left in my purse) Kumanan shouted 'Oi where you going, your card was declined, you haven't payed.' I ignored him and continued walking to my car.After retrieving my purse I joined the queue again and specifically went to his colleague. While his colleague was assisting me Kumanan came over again whispering in his language to this colleague while ignored him. I asked Kumanan to kindly go back onto his till as there is a huge line behind and I don't need 2 people assisting me. He had an attitude and went back to his till. After being served I went over to Kumanan and asked him for his name. He refused to give it to me. Kindly a customer who he had just served showed me a receipt with his name on it.
I made an order on Deliveroo of 2 packs of beer. They were out of stock in one of the packs. It would have made sense to send an alternative pack of beer as a replacement, but they sent.... Crossaints. I was refunded, it just made no sense lol

I was there on Sunday very long waiting and the boy eating pizza on counter when I asked him to for help he try to be rude to me that place not for that workers .
