I went there with my mum Saturday 30th 20:42 bc we work primark and they were closing we still walked in and two of your workers shouted closed and I told them it’s 20:42 then they changed their mind and said only takeaway they pulled long faces and then I went to order either way and left my mum to wait for me sitting down the guy tried to kick out my mum to be outside and I shouted you close at 9 not before to be kicking out (we was ordering takeaway ) I told my mum to stay until they give me the order, I gave in cash an was waiting with my hand out for the change and the lady decided to throw it on the table I asked her if she couldn’t give to my hand if she saw I had it out she said her hand are full of gel or wet didn’t understand but then proceeded she proceeded to tell the lady to do my food while she was doing it to with her wet hands that couldn’t give me the change but do the food , anyways as soon as she told other lady to do the burger she started shouting REALLY REALLY and started to look who ordered while shouting like she was amazed to cook a burger 20 minutes before closing time , really bad experience when I got my order wanted to eat it straight away was hungry , the whole burger was cold and the patty was hard , I ordered double bacon cheeseburger and fried loaded bacon and cheese which barely had cheese and bacon , don’t think this is the way to treat customers who finished work and are just hungry really bad experience if you don’t like working then don’t or change the time you close simple .

Burger king Bromley, some of the staff need a lesson in hygiene.Whopper was tasteless and the bun hard and dry. Ordered a coffee with my meal and only half full. The bin ate well,wasn't going to risk asking for another meal incase the member of staff who keeps sticking her finger in her ear and handling food served me. Don't know how this place got 5 Star hygiene award. Must sell them on eBay.

Unprofessional staff, went there at 10:05. On the door, website , everywhere the restaurant should be opened. Sitting there for like 5 mins and a member of the staff opened the door to inform me that they are closed. I have asked them why and they said we have a problem with a boiler. No water or flood has been notice. I have asked him what is the reason of no information were not posted on the door to inform the customers of the issue that they could not open at 10:00. He said we will pit now something without answering at my question. Stood there for like another 5 mins and still no post. The same person came to the door, with same arrogant and rude attitude to inform me that they will not open soon. I said that s fine i can understand that but i am still waiting for the information that should be on the door to inform the other customers if they want to eat. He smiled and closed the door.
