Order from this place if you like average pizza & getting yelled at by a jumped up small business owner when you dare call up & ask for a ETA on your pizzas coz it’s 35 mins late and counting! Guy runs a take away but can’t handle it busy for Mother’s Day, so got an absolute earful for asking for a delivery update (no apology though). You know what they say if you can’t take the heat, get out of the kitchen . I’m not in the habit of giving my hard earned ££s to people who are power tripping [called him a name here which I’ve since removed as I don’t want to stoop to his level] so won’t be ordering from here again. Also - Can’t wait to see the guy’s response to this review - if his condescending & irrationally pissed off phone manner is anything to go by it’ll be a right treat.

Amazing Pizza and amazing service from the team at Ciao Pizza. I pre-ordered 20 pizzas to be delivered for my party and not only were they on time but they were all still hot from the oven. The pizza was so so delicious and the talk of the night! Ciao pizza also provided some free dips and have got to highly recommend the chilli honey…. Wow…. So tasty! Best place for pizza in Hayes/West Wickham!

Ordered Ciao Pizza for the first time last night, it was the absolute best pizza I had in this country! We had 3 different pizzas and even the simple Margherita was so tasty and nice! The kids loved their meals with pizza, orange juice and Italian ice cream, basically the whole family was very very happy, we will order again! Grazie Ciao Pizza!

Ordered via deliveroo. Food arrived one hour after ordering and almost a half hour after estimated delivery time: ( . Added mozzarella on the garlic bread for an extra £1.50 but didn't get any. The bread we got wasn't nice, no garlic butter and dry. So thrown away. Had a bad day just wanted a nice dinner : ( you owe me £1.50!
Came in yesterday. Food and wine and drinks selection was superb. Restaurant is dog friendly for well behaved dogs. Only a shame there was no outside seating on the day we came but other than that I cannot fault

We ordered 30 pizzas for our second wedding anniversary/wedding reception party and Tony was amazing, really helpful with booking he had very sensible suggestions for delivering such a large amount of pizzas, and thank goodness we had split the order into two deliveries or I don't think I would have got a look in! All the pizza was devoured! And the quality of the pizza was all anyone was talking about for the rest of the evening!Highly recommend Ciao pizza for a regular treat dinner and massively recommend the team at Ciao pizza for adding a special touch to a party!Vegetarian options: Excellent vegetarian options, even for a fussy vegetarian who doesn't like vegetables!

I never usually leave reviews but I really must with Ciao Pizza. The food is absolutely delicious and along with the service, is always consistently fantastic. Laura is so lovely and bubbly & always greets you with warmth and a big smile. Great food, great service. Thanks guys

We popped in for a snack after a day in westerham, despite not being very hungry we both managed to eat almost an entire pizza each because they were so nice! We are so happy we have discovered this place, the food is brilliant, the people are lovely, the interior is very clean and smart, we can't wait to return!
