Had to wait for staff to finish their conversation before being served. Ordered a drink and cake to take away. After ordering the cake, I noticed flies sitting on one of the slices. I asked for the only other remaining, highlighting my reasoning. The server will have also seen the flies sitting on the remaining piece, but still left it there for someone else to purchase. Now has me questioning the general cleanliness and hygiene of the branch.

The two lovely Demi and Emre had served use coffee with a smile at 18:28 - just two minutes before they close! Fantastic customer service making us feel welcome! Happy to be served by such lovely people

The rudest members of staff I have ever encountered, poped in here earlier today and ordered some food and the member of staffed just looked at me grabbed the food I ordered and then pointed to the machine....I then politely said thank you and goodbye and still got ignored.
The cleanest toilets. Well done to the staff who regularly cleans the toilets. - other stores take note this is the Westmorland Costa store well done staff

Staff here really rude and unhelpful. Went on a Sunday afternoon after a lovely walk with a disabled friend. Asked the woman serving for a cup holder as the cups were hot for my disabled friend, she just said they don't have them, and only have the cardboard holders which might have sufficed had she offered them, which she didn't. I had to ask to take one, and she grumpily let me take one. This is not good service. A very rude and not enjoyable event.
