Tables are in complete shambles , poor quality of cleaning service as seats as well are in poor condition . The average waiting time is around 15 minutes which is absolutely absurd for the amount of food to come out on our table. No paper plates were given making us eat on tissue which isn't civilised at all , but in all of this kfc chicken never disappoints me , I don't really care if the chicken is dry as long as there is flavour and plenty of gravy to eat .

Don't know where the money for the refurbishment went as the place is shocking. One toilet which is very disgusting, few broken tables upstairs, downstairs area closed for no obvious reason and price for salad is £8.No ?

Food good, self service orders, restaurant could do with a little more table clearing more often.
Picture this: you order on the kiosk and have to wait ages as they premptly take your order number off the board and when you do get your food and 'hot choc' your seeing pinks and greys in the chicken and your drink is cold and tastes nothing like a hot choc and then when you are giving feedback on the KFC listens service an employee guy easedrops on what your doing then proceeds to cough over you and your food contaminating it and causing you to get unwell

Disappointing meal! £8.99 for a variety bucket! Not had KFC for over a year as previously had bad experiences with other branches. However, decided while Christmas shopping to give it a try. A complete waste of time and money! The weirdest shaped wings I've ever eaten! 2 very small fillets and 2 thighs? Portion of chips were OK, but not enough of them! No sauces given and no wipes! Will never go in a KFC ever again! Standards are really bad. Not good value or enjoyable. The chicken was also only just warm!

The staff were rather good to be honest after we got the electronic order wrong. The downstairs loos were locked at 12am which is a bit annoying as you need a hand wash down after a KFC.

Been here many times and they always do same thing giving me food that they made wrongly for other orders like the food is old and cold or is not what I ordered,bought to bbq wraps and they give me one spiced this time and she didn’t want to change it cuz I started eating it,well how could I know it that the wrap is wrong without trying it
