The place has issues managing volume, as other reviewers have reported. Today waited about an hour for an order via Just Eat, which they never got around to preparing. Ended up canceling. They probably should turn down orders rather than accepting everything and then getting overwhelmed. As a hungry customer, I would have been much happier having my order turned down immediately, rather than waiting 1h for nothing and now having to wait for a second / new order. Poor experience…

Young girl seving was a gem with customer service I can't stand Sugar free drinks she offered water which I declined she noticed my dismay then she immediately offered larger fries that is really good customer service.

If I could give 0 stars I would, the worst KFC I've ever been to, they don't give you what you've asked and paid for! Disgusting customer service 5 stars for the worst customer service ever. I will never enter that kfc again. You're better off going to chicken shop across the road its even cleaner with much better service. Don't waste your money at this kfc!

Absolutely rubbish customer service payed 40p for a sauce that I didn’t even get and they couldn’t put the cap properly on the bites so it fell out everywhere !!!!
