This place was so nice! The staff are lovely and attentive but leave you alone enough. The food was top quality and very flavourful. Left very full. They were also really careful about preparing our food as I was pregnant.

Been there with my wife and since our arrival, everything was amazing! Friendly staff, delicious food - ‘Wagyu Denver’ steak was definitely the winner. They also have a good variety of drinks, including cocktails. We will definitely go back.A good experience to be repeated in the future.

Highly recommend Kaizen. Very friendly staff delivering delicious food. Our normal is the one of the poke bowls, but there are lots of more substantial meals available.Ask if you are not sure what to get, as they are very helpful

Very tasty Udon and shiitake mushroom dish, good spot for pescetarians/vegetarians. Do keep an eye out for the closing times though because the shopping centres locks it's doors before the restaurant does so you might have to have security unlock the doors for you. This doesn't do the restaurant any harm though as the service and food was great ?Bonus points for having mackerel nigiri and Eel Nigiri ✨Vegetarian options: Very tasty shiitake mushrooms and corn

I ordered beef waygu udon noodles. I just can't believed how petty the portion and the way they have chopped the beef and shitake mushrooms. They looked like tiny sprinkles with the udon noodles. Terrible service. It was freezing in the table I was seating- no heating which was weird as the restaurant was inside The Glades..
