Called to explain the food was cold again, this isn’t the first time. Was ordered for a birthday meal. I live a few minutes away. I was not allowed to speak on the phone and was not allowed speak and even accused of doing this before and not telling the truth!!!! Awful awful service and I have ordered here many many times. Have now submitted a complaint to just eat and will not be ordering again. So much competition in the area and I would certainly advise ordering elsewhere. Can’t believe the attitude of them when I called to explain an expensive meal is cold, not for the first time, and had to be heated up again. Even an 8 year asked why it’s cold.

Very weird experience. Ordered a takeaway on their website to be delivered. Door arrived after one hour but everything was stone cold and fat had congealed on all the dishes. Phoned Lazeez to complain but was told manager too busy to talk to me. He said he’s call back. Anyway, I wasn’t going to let it drop after spending nearly £70 and eventually, after many messages left by me, he called me back. I was very polite and explained the poor state of the food and asked for a contribution refund back on my card. Anyway, he went ballistic and accused me of threatening him. It was really the most extrodanary aggressive rant before he slammed the phone down. I’m going to pop in later and sort this out but, suffice to say, will not be using Lazeez in Hayes again!

Disgusting, small portions and hygiene rating is 2 I checked half way through eating and was very disappointedAlso look at the surnames of the majority that have left 5 stars
Only came in here because there was a queue at the chippy, such lovely guys, obviously lots of regulars all greatest like old friends. Food was really good and plenty of it. Definitely going back.
