Ordered via their app partner. Waited over an hour for food to arrive after payment was taken. Called restaurant to check on status of order only to be told that app has not been processing orders for the whole day due to a “technical issue”. Person on the phone was very unhelpful and just said call the app partner. Will never order from this restaurant again

I love their wonton soup and food is delicious but it takes ages to arrive! Gave them another chance tonight but we ordered at 7.30pm and no delivery until 9pm. It was only 2 x soup and 2 starters for goodness sake. We phoned to ask about the order but they really don't seem bothered. If they can't cope with amount of orders or short staffed then please close while you deal with other orders. Close the app whatever. Definitely abslolutely completely the last time i order. Ever. Avoid.

We rarely have take away. Around a month ago we ordered one from the place we would usually use and we were seriously let down by the delivery. It was delivered around an hour late. Decided to try the Oriental Garden for a change, as my son had heard good things about it. Really impressed! Food was delivered right on time and was both tasty and hot. Will definitely use again

Amazing take away, every dish is a winner. Good delivery service, food always arrives hot and ready to eat.Constantly satisfied with the service from here, would not use any other Chinese in the area now and there are a few, but none match Oriental Garden, not even close.Keep up the great work??

On line order delivered 5 minutes early, food very hot and well packed. Big portion of crispy duck, tasty soups and pleasant main pork and prawn dishes. Ordered our usual range of dishes but enough left over for another meal. Would certainly use again.

Tasty as ever. Much thinner batter than most places have on the s&s chicken balls, Shanghai chicken was great and my Dad who likes a bit more heat absolutely loves the Singapore noodles and kung po chicken. Good delivery time too and driver friendly and polite.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! GLASS FOUND IN SPRING ROLL!! My partner was eating the spring roll and crunched on a piece of glass the size of a walnut. It could have cut his throat, gums or broken his teeth. The owner didn't care at all and basically said I was making it up! Absolutely disgusted, the driver came to collect the food and I showed him the glass! Have been in touch with just eat who are helping us get a refund and take this further. This business should be shut down, unbelievably dangerous finding glass in our food!!!! Would give a 0 if possible.

We order our Chinese food only from Oriental Garden. I feel to had to write a review tonight to say how absolutely delicious, tasty and fresh the food is. We had Satay chicken, ribs, chicken Hong Kong style, fillet beef with green pepper and black bean sauce, rice and curry sauce and we could not stop eating The absolute best ! Thank you Oriental Garden

We have been using Oriental Garden as a takeaway for about 4 years. We have never been disappointed. The Singapore rice noodles are my regular choice but I also like the beef with chilli and black bean, My wife likes the sweet and sour HK style as it is lighter than the heavy battered style available elsewhere. I find the portions a little bit large so be careful not to order too much.
We have used this Chinese a few times always been ok. Last night however, was not such an enjoyable experience. I knew within a short time of eating something wasn’t right. I won’t go into too much detail but, I spent the next 12hrs with it pouring out both ends. Will NEVER eat from there again!

This restaurant offers great service as well as yummy food. The best restaurant in the area. The drinks and food came out quick and the prices are inexpensive. Will definitely recommend this spot.
