Avoid! Ordered food online, had the order cancelled but money was taken from account. Tried calling for over 15min, but no answer. Ended up having to drive down to the store and was told order wouldn't be honoured unless we paid again! Server was incredibly rude too. Seems we're not the only ones this has happened to based on other reviews!

Ordered one pizza, waited for 2.5 hours for delivery, phoned the stored and I kept getting promises that delivery will take place in the next 10mins.\\nFinally called back to demand a refund, was told to accept delivery and then they would process the refund. The delivery lady insisted I take the pizza although I refused to take it, the lady then phoned the store and had confirmation that the refund would be processed on that moment and that I shall be getting an email confirmation of this.\\nI am still waiting for the email and the refund.\\nI feel that I've been treated like a child, and I don't think they will ever process my refund. Extremely poor customer service at PettsWood. Very dissatisfied.

Delicious pizza, possibly the best tasting pizza place I know, but for some time it's been impossible to get an order from them, the amount of days I have ended up raiding an already empty fridge because I found out way too late my food wasn't coming makes this a pizza place I won't be ordering from again.\\n\\nOnce more into the fridge I go.

Absolutely abysmal service last night! Phoned up to order exactly the same thing as we ordered on Tuesday a week ago, and many other Tuesdays before using their \\\"Take 2 Tuesday\\\" deal which is buy 1 get 1 free.\\nFirst we were told that the offer only covers medium pizzas, even though we've been having large ones, then were quoted £30, than £40, even though online price is £19.99.\\n\\nSpoke to 3 different members of staff (the driver was the most knowledgeable and apologised for new staff members incompetence). However I still couldn't get the same deal 241 pizzas despite spending so much time on the phone with them.\\nEventually someone directed me to order from them online via their website, so I did and happily paid £19.99 for my order, except that then it turned out they are unable to deliver and its collection only. And that was after the payment left my account.\\nWe were unable to collect due to having to isolate after being pinged, so collection wasn't an option . I phoned back yet again, and apparently the most they could do is cancel my order and refund me the money (which I've still not received) rather than deliver, so I gave up and ordered Dominos instead.\\n\\nHowever I would like some clarification on what happened last night.\\n\\nI took my time to go through terms and conditions of \\\"Take two Tuesday\\\" deal and it doesn't say anywhere that the deal is only for medium pizza, or for collection only.\\nThe information online was in direct contradiction to what staff members were staying.\\nPlease, could the manager confirm the details of the deal and nuances, because I'm very confused. ordered online and accepted. they then cancel the order and ask me to call the store. They said they are too busy and they are closed and that the money that i paid would be returned within 10 working days, so i had to pay out again to actually get a pizza. how about sorry and here's a voucher for being a loyal customer. let's see if the place that actually took my order has better pizza...

Service at pick up was great. Very helpful staff and very pleasant. However, they have stopped delivering to BR66 which is very odd and there is not a good reason. Also pizzas with no cheese were cold.

Pizza was OK but the potato wedges were not cooked. So raw and freezing cold. Called the store and they sent out new ones but were just the same. Delivery driver said to put them back in the oven!
