I like their food but won't be going back based on 1 reason. The staff are so miserable and NEVER smile. I've been here loads to grab lunch, they're NEVER happy or pleased to see you.
The turkish lady who serves you only asked what you want, then blanks you after that.
And if it's not her serving you, it's a 17 year old (who has got my order wrong 3 out of 3 times she's served me).
Manager and server should get different jobs as they're clearly not happy (but they won't, as they've been there forever).
It's a shame but I feel like they don't even want me / other people to go there...

The guy that served us was incredibly rude and spoke about three words. The food is completely tasteless and the coffee just tasted like hot frothy water. Overall a sad experience, definitely wouldn't go again.

I love walking into a new restaurant without being greeted or told someone will be with me soon. Standing in thebcur thsts not demarcated either side and to then be skipped in the cue all while still struggling to see the price of the wraps. An experience I won't be enduring again.

First time eating here and I loved it! I had a medium lobster sub with fries and a cold drink. The meal definitely ticked all of the VFM boxes whilst the staff were very professional. A very underrated gem in my opinion.

Must admit I’d never heard of the company before. Chose a small ultimate chicken & bacon sub meal deal which was delicious and the waffle fries a lovely alternative to usual fries. As I’m s fussy eater was lovely to be able to stipulate which items I wanted/didn’t want as all subs made to order. The only negative was the only drink options with this specific deal was a can of pop or bottle of water, coffee was an added extra payment. Would definitely eat here again

Grumpy girl in grey polo t-shirt, serves me meal with blue glove on left hand. The same glove I noticed that she directly picks up the sweetcorn, lettuce and gherkins for my roll. The same glove that she takes cash with, rummage around the till for penny coins with and probably just anything really She don't give AF about hygiene or health and safety for customers - she has them on to save her from washing her hands. Why couldn't she use a spoon or knife for the food she needs to pick up?

This is our second time. Felt as if the taste of the food has degraded from last time or it wasn’t prepared as the first time. Service wasn’t as earlier. The place is clean though. Food seems over priced too.

He gave me lettuce and some cooked ham and then we took pizzas away it’s a shame as the food was alright the pizza was standard though just need to be happier staff not as rude to people . And give out and explain more options

Great quality and very affordable. Waffle fries are my favourite. This is a BLT, it was lovely. Staff are really friendly too!
