Was nice and warm. Staff were welcoming. Gave us comfy seats as I had my two elderly parents with us. Waitress was helpful but not in your face.

Cathy your employee was superb and immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable and we built up a great rapport with her. You need people like her to calm customers. The queues were horrendous with 1 chef serving management please take note.

Warm and welcoming on first contact. Breakfast was fresh and abundant. Service put the perfect breakfast to shame based on how refreshingly nice they were, honestly sweethearts. And my phone died and I left my charger and they let me get it powered up so I could use my Apple Pay for the bus ride out. Cant recommend enough.

Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious Roast Dinner at a very good price my friend was particularly impressed by the roast pork, I enjoyed the turkey and gammon loved the roast potatoes and parsnips the broccoli and the cauliflower cheese were good too.The peas and carrots were nice and fresh too. I had not visited this branch before and all the staff were very kind and helpful which is the reason I will go back to this branch when I am in this area which is not local to me. I will definitely try the Northfleet branch I liked the friendly relaxed family atmosphere.Parking: Register your number plate at the bar for free parking to avoid car park charges. Small car park had plenty on room at 15.30 hrs on Saturday. I did not have a wheelchair user with me but we could have got a wheelchair to our table .

We popped in for lunch ordered the roast beef Yorkshire pudding wrap and the roast pork with apple sauce Yorkshire pudding wrap. Both were served with roast potatoes and we had a side order of pigs in blankets. Both wraps were very large, filled to the brim with meat and tasted delicious, they were so filling we did not have room for the potatoes (which were offered to be wrapped for us to take home), a very reasonable price of £5:49 for each wrap, the pricing wasn’t on the menu and we had to ask, it’s definitely worth a visit to enjoy these wraps.

Not as good as last christmas. Rushed service.none of the cocktails we asked for were available and try asking for tabsco...computer says no..the wolf blass white listed ..not available..portion control has arrived ..roast beef and gammon delicious but served in the minimum number of slices they could get away with and seconds if meat certainly not available..all the food displayed was removed on the dot of 9pm..roast potatoes adequate ditto the parsnips..as for the cauliflower cheese oh dearnlimp and overcooked and the sauce bore only the sketchiest relationship to cheese tbh..the macaroni didnt come with any sauce I could detect..the prawn cocktail featured the smallest cheapest prawns on a bed of boring lettuce with bland sauce...I used to love this place but I am reluctant to ever go back

The restaurant itself is nice, warm and a lovely feel to it, clean. The hostess is not so polite but they were busy and we got served ok. The food itself was unfortunately really average, except the meat I did enjoy the Turkey which was fresh and itself likely worth the money. It is great value for money but the potatoes were not good and you need a decent roast potato. The veg was tasteless and the gravy too thin and watery for my liking. Yorkshire pud wasn’t too bad. I’d go back for a cheap lunch with a voucher but this place is not for a decent meal out. It’s a shame as carvery’s are few and far between, I’d be willing to pay a little more for a better quality.

I would literally give this place zero stars if I could. Never have I left a negative review for any restaurant since I work in hospitality myself. The moment I walked through the door even the lady who showed us to our table was aggy with us. The portion sizes were pathetic, the gravy is like water, my drink was underfilled and just to top it off we sat there for 20 minutes (after calling them over THREE TIMES) with finished plates waiting for someone to come over so we could pay up and leave.

The food was lovely, although we had to wait for some of the items to be restocked. The main disappointment was that when there was a long queue, they didn't add an extra carver. We had to wait in line for 30 minutes!

Was having a birthday meal the birthday boy had to wait... ran out of yurkies but over all like every Toby it's a bit of a maze wouldn't like to be drunk here got a bit lost the machine for drinks no gas and no orange or cherry favour so all drinks were thrown away and had ice water the bar staff gave tap water which was also thrown apparently you can buy a refillable glass for the machine water so it's a standard to check machine before you buy a glass so you need a glass but tell them it's what you do as all Toby's don't sort out drinks machines forever going wrong so check them just choose flat drinks you can't go wrong oddly people nearby were on their phones rather than eating their dinner perhaps they were reviewing too

I was extremely disappointed with the service when I visited. I booked the breakfast with Santa for my children. There was hardly any food and Santa was nowhere to be seen whilst we were eating breakfast. He was in a separate back room. When we went in there, he was drinking a cup of coffee he had no energy to him or excitement. There was nothing really to be pleased with even the children were upset by Santa. It’s supposed to be magical but he was far from exciting. There was practically no food available.Everybody in the restaurant was complaining we was there before the close of breakfast, Multiple items were missing and the Yorkshire puddings were so flat there was no bread. There was no mushrooms. The beans were called the bacon was under cooked. I’ve never had such a terrible experience
