Shame to the company because you leave just one staff member to work on a Saturday morning when everyone is trying to get a coffee he is alone struggling. Well done to him. He works very well he’s fast but it’s not fair.

No score for atmosphere, it's a coffee shop. Went in for a cup of tea and hot chocolate.Service was pretty poor to be honest and a pretty good example of too many people trying to do the same thing and not actually doing it very well.As for the drinks? I mean the hot chocolate was decent enough. But as for the tea, if I'd have wanted dishwater I would have asked for it. I didn't though, I asked for tea. I mean seriously it's a bag, hot water, and milk...I would have taken it back but given the length of time it took to get it I decided I had better things to do.I like Pret, just steer clear of this one; if you do go in, avoid the tea.

Visited this year twice from Toronto Canada and Iam very happy with nice professional service and fresh yummy sandwiches.Mr Grzegorz I'd definitely Number One customer service.I highly recommend everyone to enjoy coffee,and good selection of sandwiches.

It’s a restaurant so food makes or breaks it… if you don’t LOVE mayo, stay away. Tried a turkey, avocado sandwich and it was literally swimming in mayo. It wasn’t very appetizing but if you like that, this is your place.

I would like give you more stars but it’s really uncomfortable find me every time I go the closed bathroom. Like I regular customer with my subscription I’m thinking if it’s worth it.
This place was quite disappointing. The staff seemed more focused on having fun and making mistakes with customers' orders while finding it amusing. I also noticed team members leisurely having coffee in the morning while customers waited for service. I would recommend avoiding this place.

I tried the protein and fibre packed Shakshuka today. The lady was working there said it is just came in yesterday so she recommended to eat.I trusted her recommendation and it was very delicious. It was totally different from the original shakshuka, full of spices and good. I fancied that with a poached egg but obviously it is hard boiled egg or it gets harden as it stand on the hot shelves.It was very filling and I would buy that again.The lady was working there was very friendly and social. Happy to help anyone and I highly recommend this branch to visit if you are local in the area.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options available in this store
