One of the worst starbucks store in London. Filthy toilets looks like they haven been cleaned for weeks. Really rude and annoying staff. Black boy. He seems to even really make uncomfortable his lady colleague.

Used to be a nice coffee shop. Gone down hill fast. Some Staff mouthy rude and quite confrontational. Coffee repeatedly burnt. They tell you the machines need calibrating. They were calibrated just a couple of weeks ago. Chinese / Asian guy empties the rubbish and then goes to make coffee without handwashing. His excuse was that he’d used sanitiser. Sanitiser is a back up not to be used in place of handwashing. He threw a hissy fit when asked to wash his hands. New manager is nice and is doing her best to turn it around. Staff look grubby and untidy. Often seen smoking directly outside. Tables not clean, bin overflowing and generally grubby. Avoid at all costs if you don’t want a taste of stomach upsets. Alternative milk put in dairy jug despite them having ample jugs. Hopefully the new manager can turn it around as it’s been steadily declining for months. Lost my custom totally after many years I do not recommend this place at all

Starbucks could use a bit of a scrub but maybe the chelsea set find it edgy, nuked my cheese toastie so it liquified and ran out the bottom of the bag, pretty hazordous if you bit into it without looking, but then again the third degree burns on your hands would be a sign all was not well, 20 questions when ordering and as per coffee shop etiquette your first answers are not listened too at all. The usual offering from an over rated over priced American coffee shop.

They seemed disinterested and even though I was the only one in the queue, they ignored me to stay .I'mThe toilet facilities are dreadful, water all over the floor and for a coffee house in Kensington it was incredibly dirty.

This place serves a selection of sandwiches, which can be toasted, cakes and biscuits, and mini waffles. Starbucks is well known for its hot beverages, it also sells cold drinks too for those who don't drink hot drinks. The service was pretty average, nothing amazing but certainly far from poor. The food in offer is not great, I had a mozzarella and pesto panini toasted, which was quite tasteless. The almond croissant was a bit on the dry side. I certainly wouldn't go out of my way to go here when in the area next.Vegetarian options: Poor selection and what I had was tasteless.

If Starbucks stores were representative of their neighbourhood, this Starbucks does not match the Sloane Square area. For starters, the interior is small and basic with five cramped tables at the back and four small stools at the front. The fire exit door next to bathroom has no insulation causing drafts of cold air to enter especially during cold winter days. The only positive is the ambundant number of power plugs available. The store staff are friendly but seem incredibly demotivated.

Great service. Martina, Marta, Chloe, Zoe, Melanie, Michael, smiler all are customer focused, clean in their way of working, friendly and helpful. Rachel sadly not so. Very messy and burns the coffee. Her attitude is not the best. Needs further training. The place has a great positive buzz about it.
