I think Starbucks has lost its way a bit. This branch is one of the exceptions. Friendly staff good coffee and clean toilet ?. Maybe because it's Chelsea and the clientele are a little posher.Thank you for a great coffee this morning 19 October 2023.

There is something strange about this Starbucks. The Frappuccinos have very little flavour and I’ve been to other Starbucks and the ones there have more flavour. It’s your average Starbucks just something strange about the Frappuccinos.

I went in and got served by the lovely Gabi, the whole staff were very friendly and welcoming. They explained the drinks very well which is a rarity to find in other starbucks! Enjoyed my visit very much and would definitely recommend going again. It’s no wonder this is one of Harry Styles’ favourite starbucks!

£3,500 for a coffee! Service team seem to not have a care in the world for the customer. Had my backpack (laptop / business items) stolen whilst enjoying a coffee, by what I’m informed were professionals. When reporting the matter to the team a flippant remark…. ’this happens all the time’ was the response!!! There was no warning signage. Even the security cameras didn’t catch the event. Many other coffee options with caring service close-by.

I have never seen people move so slowly at a fast food joint. Including the manager, who the staff were 'waiting' for to help them sort the till out as they couldn't take card payments. Said manager, who was having a sandwich at the end of the service area did the come over and help them. Not when they needed it, when a customer couldn't pay, but when he's finished his sandwich. ..

It's a regular Starbucks but with an interesting interior. It's usually not too crowded, possible to find a seat by the window to work etc.
