I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in my life. Me and my family went to the pub at 8:20pm. We were told no kids after 9pm which is fine.cool. We ordered but the food didn’t come until 8:50pm and not even 2 minutes after the security guard comes up to us and tells us we need to leave at 9pm again, there were many other children in the pub running around. Like dude, we just got our food, go tell the other parents to leave as well. obviously my family member got upset and spoke out. I guess the security guard didn’t like that so he got the manager, he was not very helpful either. He only repeated what the security guard said. He gave no solutions, nor offer take away boxes or anything; totally useless. It’s sad really because not only the kid got scared but we had to rush our meals and my mother and the kid who was in the chair the whole time didn’t get to finish.P.s-what’s this that I can’t have more sauce?“kitchen is going to say no if I ask” is what a waiter said to meSolutions for better service:Maybe train your manager and security how to communicate politely. If a family comes in with a kid maybe prioritise their meals so they can leave on time.Don’t cheap out on sauce. If you are going to kick out someone during their meal offer solutions so they can take away their over price tough meat and small cod.

I'm extremely disappointed by the unacceptable treatment my family and I received at the pub tonight March 22nd. Despite arriving, ordering food at 20:25 and patiently waiting for our meal that arrive at 20:55, we were confronted by a security guard who rudely insisted we leave within 5 minutes. This came as a shock since we were NEVER informed of any time restrictions. We complied, intending to finish our meal promptly. However, matters worsened when a supervisor named Adrian joined in, raising his voice in front of the children, exacerbating the embarrassment and disappointment of the situation. This behaviour was not only unprofessional but also deeply upsetting, especially for my nephew who witnessed the entire ordeal.

Needed somewhere to park while my partner visited her friend at the nearby Kings Hospital. The service was lousy with only one bar lady who was working her poor socks off trying to keep up. Beer was good and a local group of cabbies kept the atmosphere buoyant to say the least. Free parking was brilliant so thank you Fox on the Hill, you were a lifesaver!Parking: Parking locally was at a premium but on Saturdays and Sundays the parking is free! What a godsend when visiting Kings College Hospital!

As you might expect for a Spoons, it’s on a lovely building. There’s also a huge lawn you can eat and drink outside on. The service here was below standard. Good staff but understaffed on a busy Saturday. The food was typical cheap Spoons nosh.
