Staff generally are rude. Service is appalling. Food is disappointing as if you didn't pay money for it. The chicken is measly and the rest of the ingredients are non existent. So the burgers and twisters are dry. Don't bother try to address it with staff as they ignore you and unable to fix the situation. The manager needs more training since they are unable to deal with customers. If you don't like your job, then leave the attitude at home.

Last week I ordered the Party Bucket on Uber Eats delivery on Camberwell KFC. When the food eventually came to us it was missing the 14 piece chicken bucket. How can they forget the main piece of the party bucket?? I went to the store and showed them that the bucket was missing from the delivery and this was shown on the receipt. The two servers looked at my receipt and laughed behind the counter as if it was funny. Then one server said he’d give me the chicken and didn’t offer anything additional for my inconvenience of coming back into the store as there was NO chicken. Upon request he gave me additional chips. I said to them that I wasn’t happy and one worker said “why didn’t I cook at home?” They also said said “smile. It’s only chicken” and to “relax” . I was very offended by these comments as I have paid for a service, paid for Uber delivery that I had to go back into store. I am very disappointed in the customer service within this store!!!

The chips were cold and the portion size was small. The coleslaw was frozen and I asked for a spoon or fork and they said it's in the bag, it wasn't in the bag, the burger was a mess, the chicken was the same size as a hot wing, the bread to chicken ratio was not right. The hot wings were cold and soggy. The worse KFC I've ever been to. Go across the road for Morleys.

I am not normally writing reviews but this time I feel I have to, just got an order wich the name is " Gravy Triple Bucket" today 20th November which arrive in time but is missing items on it.. no mini filets, supose to be 8 hot wings and there is just one, no regular popcorn came in the bag and also no drink which suppose to be a Pepsi Max 1.5L, and worse I had to pay £29.28 for something that did not came in my order, and last I call them and did not pick up the phone, really disappointed whit this brunch, not ordering from them ever again.. really bad service if I could give cero stars I will give it, worse experience ever.
