I ordered a caramel frappe and it came watery and unblended. I tried to explain that to one of the clerks however she didn’t understand me so when I spoke to her manager completely disregarded what I was saying and tried to make it seem like I was overreacting, I would like to point out, not once rude or disrespectful to them, but they still refuse to help me.

I hate to do this . I never go to Mac Donald’s, went in quickly to get 2 x portion large fries. Ordered in the board. Donated to the charity. Then stood there for 20 minutes while no chips arrived. Stupid annoying .

In this restaurant, the restrooms were entry by door code. Obtained on receipt. On this occasion, something was wrong, none was accessible! Code would not do. The cleaner could not help. All had to use the Disabled. Dissapointing!

Stop packing the fries in droves and leaving them all on the side. They get colder faster and people aren't happy with cold food and especially cold fries. My sister threw up once while eating the cold food. It's disgusting.Go back to picking the fries up into the red M fries pack when the order is coming so its the last thing to freshly put in the bag and give to the customer rather than having lots of fries sitting on the sides.
