A good caffe chain. Better than the usual ones in the high street.

I was told by the staff that they warm pastries up but I was given this croissant cold, their loyalty card also only applies to drinks which is a massive let down. Other people’s left plates and mugs were not cleaned up and just piled up on the tables, very cold in the cafe too.The croissant besides being cold was ok, still somewhat soft and flaky but I still considered my trip here a waste.

Upon arriving at 7.23 and despite being stated as open on google maps. I was informed the store would open at 7.30. I waited at the station until 7.40 before going back and the store was still not open. This meant I couldn’t get any before my train left as I had not time left to go anywhere

I love this place! Always my go to when going home to Liverpool!! The mushroom and cheese toastie is never cooked long enough and I always end up throwing it away. But the coffee is great. The staff are nice when not under so pressure to train newbies up and serve customers.
