I have been here twice and both times the atmosphere on service is completely dead. No smiles, no I will be with you shortly, no good morning, nothing other than make a payment and collect drink. No going over the top at all. There is a lack of Customer service at a basic standard and a lack of friendliness again at a basic standard.

The lady that served me and my children today called Mihaela was lovely! I had a voucher that wasn't registering properly but she took time to get it sorted. Excellent customer service, thank you again!

Forgotten to add the syrup to my coffee for the second time in a row.. For £3.55? Seriously?\\nOtherwise it's a nice and quiet place, but I guess a café is about the coffee first!

Nice private place in a busy area ?

Friendly staff, convenient location, fast friendly service. The coffee should need no introduction.

Rude! I asked the woman who was making my coffee to put her mask on as it was on her chin and she was chatting a lot (probably spitting in my coffee in the process) she rudely said that wearing a mask is not mandatory anymore. When she put her mask on i asked her to make me a new one without her spit in it and she got really angry and wasn't even trying to hide it! Not be coming back!

This is a good Costa it's always good when I get a coffee and a mocha for my friend and the cakes do look very nice but my waist line is already big so I have to say no

Very dirty, toilets are disgusting and the coffee shop forgot to make my coffee!! When it arrived it was very watery as well, not up to the usual Costa standard. Won't be going back to that one.

Not to bad, the I asked to help me take the Coffee outside said she was not allowed to to carry it out because I had 2 of us, I said I need help, then she helped me because she saw that I had a disability problem. I had a rolator with me I could not put on the seat as I could have spiled it, she wanted to put the Coffee in the Paper cups, I refused to have it she did not like that, I like to have in a proper cup thank you I said, it's ok not bad the Coffee was good and the service was not to bad.

Only told me after I'd handed over food to be heated up that they couldn't accept my Theee // Wuntu QR code due to fault with the scanner. As a matter of decency and dacorum I paid the full price for the food item, but not telling me in advance is poor customer service. Have also previously refused to accept my Coffee Club card alongside the very same Three // Wuntu offer, despite the offer itself saying it is valid with said loyalty card. In short, this store is a let down to the Costa brand.

lured in by the promise of a Cortado and a place to do a bit of work before an interview - it's a trap! The wifi doesn't work down here. I am unable to share pictures of my Cortado to social media. Furthermore, the last time I came here over a year ago it looks like it wasn't working then either. Fool me twice! Never again. The staff are friendly.

A pretty nice Costa with seating downstairs. The staff are OK, although the person who served me rolled her eyes when I made a mistake whilst ordering (before she put the order through), then made me repeat myself another 2 times until she understood. The seating downstairs is ok, although not very big. The tables are quite small to work on, especially if two people are there. The underground trains make the place rumble a bit as they go beneath the shop, as well!
