If you go half an hour before closing the sushi is half price. They put wasabi in the nigiri and I don't like it but that's subjective. The rest of the sushi good.

I work in a restaurant so I know how to treat people and how not to! I attended on Sunday, March 18 in the afternoon and the security guard told me that he couldn't be there! I was going to consume with my friends but they were taking a while to arrive and I wanted to wait for them. They didn't arrive so he was very rude, grabbing my back like a bad person in a nightclub! I have never been treated like this and the clients were surprised! He didn't want to let me talk to the store manager or write a complaint form! I think that's not the way for a security guard to treat clients! I love Itsu but I'm not going back and neither are my friends and family, it's a shame.

I don’t know if its itsu or this specific branch but the food was not nice at all. The vegetable gyozas were hard and had no flavour, the katsu udon noodles had a unpleasant texture, tasted old and has made me feel sick. I would not recommend this place at all.

Service was pretty quick, and had a great selection. There was a decent amount of seating, especially considering this is a very busy area. Food was really nice, pretty much what you would expect from an itsu. However, one thing that would be better is more toilets. On a busy day like today, there is a big queue, which I assume usually happens. Instead of having ti wait for a while, it would be great if there were more cubicles.Vegetarian options: There are many delicious vegetarian options, which are delicious. I would 100% recommend this place to vegetarians.

Absolutely rubbish chicken katsu. Tasted nothing like katsu and barely any sauce, just a thin watery substance at the bottom that tasted vaguely like a light chicken gravy. Looked nothing like the menu picture and more like a healthy meal I'd cook for me and my dog if we were eating together. But the service was fast and the place seemed clean and busy, so not all bad.
