Avoid Deliveroo Ordered from the KFC through Deliveroo and between them both the most atrocious service. Deliveroo frequently get order wrong and offer absolutely nothing in the way of a solution. The customer team are rude, sarcastic and uninterested and offensive. I spoke to three customer support people who Adele, Kathy and Danebe who thought it was hilarious giving me the run around. The contempt with which they treat KFC customers Absolutely shocking and most surely damage the brand.

Very poor customer service and rude staff. They can do far better then this. The way they treat me . I will never go to this place.

Huge mess everywhere, staff had too much pressure and made mistakes on our order. Oil was well used, so fries were bitter. There was no large cup or machine 7up available and we had to wait over 10 minutes for our food. All in all a terrible experience.

Very well done. Customer service is on point. Waiting time was not too long and I ate there at lunch time (around 1.30pm). The restaurant was clean. This branch is 100% halal, as evidenced by my photos. I bought a fully loaded meal with a zinger tower burger, the piece of chicken was a thigh and the side was beans. The staff member who served me didn't hear me say i wanted to make the burger a tower so I had to remind her just before the order was fully prepared. Also she never asked for my reward card. Other than these 2 small issues the experience was a pleasant one and only missed out on the 5 star rating because of this. There is seating available upstairs with a disabled toilet and hot and cold running water. There is also a lift for wheelchair users to gain access to the toilet and seating area. Although the branch is small in size it is adequate in my opinion for its purpose. The venue has been redecorated and refitted recently and its evident in its overall appearance.
