Average food, the machine didn’t print my receipt and I had to ask the staff to get it.The toilet has flashing lights and the water in the toilet is very hot. Will choose other McDonalds over this one

I used that machine to make my order, only went in due to the Big Mac promotion for month of July 2023... Ordered two meals and extra's, tea, apple pie etc but once seated noticed I had the commonal Big Mac, asked adult son to get it changed, he looked annoyed when he returned, so I went up and spoke to the only person with a white shirt, I told her I may have made a mistake on that machine and offered I'd pay the difference, she was unequivicable ZERO, NO CHANCE, ETC...so I binned all my 'food' and drinks included....went to local resteraunt & enjoyed some delicious Curry Goat, rice & pea's, served with a smile, was even given a sweet salad complimentary on the house!! It's amazing how used to being served by staff with an unhappy face I have become, making finding a seat & eating just a necessary chore and you pay for that function. Thank you for reminding me I deserve to eat healthier & happier, so with a salute if I ever eat there again it will be because everywhere else is closed.

We visited Camden Market and had some street food, then decided to have a Mcflurry in McDonalds before returning to the tube.Unfortunately this was probably the worst experience I have ever had in McDonalds.I ordered in the app and paid just as I arrived at the door. I found there was a long queue waiting for their orders and the ordering service seemed to have broken down. My number appeared on the screen, said it was ready to collect, and then disappeared without being called. People were complaining and saying they couldn't wait any longer due to having to be somewhere else.Eventually our number was called and one of the Mcflurrys had largely melted. It had been prepared earlier and left out waiting without the other being made. My wife complained and it was replaced.We then found a seat at the window and the table was sticky. Tables were being cleared between people without being cleaned.Unfortunately the service was unusually poor compared with McDonald's normal efficient approach.The Mcflurrys were good, but for people ordering, observing the progress of their order and receiving their food the system was not working as it should, causing frustration.

Ordered at 4am on McDonalds app due to it saying it’s 24 hours, as it also says on here. Store is locked with people inside blazing music. Our order is on the screen and it has been marked as collected. McDonald’s have taken the money yet have not given us any food. I called the store which led to them turning their phone off. Appealing. I have videos and proof

Been here with my child and it was a dreadful experience. Had to wait over 20mins for a simple meal, the wait is definitely not worth it. I can not recommend this place to eat if you like good food, and good atmosphere and good service. The table was full of rubbish, the management is poor service as well. running around like headless chickens 'pretending' to be busy. I'd rather starve then eat at Camden MacDonald's.look around plenty of better food, better places to eat in Camden. I don't recommend Macdonalds Camden.

There were Quite allot if people when we visited, perhaps because it was raining and also it was the time for lunch. Everything was good though the top floor bathroom had a couple ushers as one of the dryers didn’t work and the sink was a bit broken.

Sad excuse for lazy staff. They don’t check the order notes and forget to include the sauce that was paid for! And a simple straw for the drink. The burger was literally empty. No onions no picked no nothing. Never ordering from this branch again. This has been at least the 4th time they have done this.
There were 3 adults 4 children and we were eating upstairs as there was no room downstairs. We were unaware that apparently you are not allowed to eat upstairs??? And was treated with great disdain when we said we would finish when we finished What kind of macdonalds does not allow you to eat upstairs where there are seats We will not be going here again

Ordered a Spicy Veggie wrap; served quickly, staff were very friendly and helpful and the restaurant was clean. My only complaint is that the self-service machine did not print my receipt or give me an order number so I had to go up to the counter and ask someone what my order number was.Vegetarian options: There are several vegetarian options available, including the Spicy Veggie wrap and the McPlant or Double McPlant burger.

There isn’t much you can expect from a McDonald’s but this one is far the worst I ever visited. Staff is clueless and rude, and it’s dirty. If you eat in they don’t have trays for you to take the food to the table and when you ask for one they just walk around trying to find one in a table and bring it to you without even bother to clean it. Impossible to wash your hand in the toilet, tab barely brings any water and it comes freezing cold.

I'm sorry I understand working for a Mcdonald late night is not ideal and you are very busy, but unfortunately it's a choice. The restaurant was extremely dirty, all a mess, chips undercooked, every request to the staff looked a big deal.
