Since the management has changed it hasn't been great since. With the service, customer service. A woman rolled her eyes at me when I made sure the milk was oat milk. Honestly. Been living here for years grew up with this local Starbucks and the old management was so much better. What a

Wheelchair accessibility: Quite small place, lots of tables, tape barriers and people waiting for orders.

Nice coffee, nice and friendly staff, old and not so fresh croissant.

Have had mixed feeling about this particular Starbucks. Got a ginger shot and a cheese sandwich but the cheese looked strangely greenish instead of yellowish.Did not look very appetising and after a few bites decided to leave. Yuck. What was annoying is that many people were talking over the open bag too at the collection point! Not very hygienic. The ginger shot was great! The place looks run down and the chairs are very damaged/dirty. In needs of an upgrade.Vegetarian options: lot of cheese toasties on display but wondering how if they are not past expiration dates.

I've been in Starbucks locations all over the world and this is the first one I've walked into and queued up for ten minutes only to discover that they had no drip coffee on offer - And this is at 9:45 AM, not closing time! Now I'm off to find another cafe somewhere.

Dreadful. The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. And the worst Starbucks coffee I’ve ever had. I go to Starbucks most days in the city, but I live next to this one. Consistently bad service, super slow even when not busy, and bad tasting coffee. Often buy Venti’s only to open the cups and see them half full and have to ask them to make me the size I’ve ordered. Just avoid. Please Starbucks, sort this store out.

Im a Starbucks Gold card member and this is probably the most frustrating store I have been too.The problem with this store is the bar isn’t even remotely big enough to accommodate the early rush, you will be waiting around 20 minutes plus for a coffee. They have slightly inflated the price due to the location, which I would suggest they got rid of because the service is sub standard,They either need a fit out or the management needs to come up with a dynamic solution.

Probably the worst coffee I've ever had. And I've had some pretty bad coffee. And it is nearly £6. Whoever tests this and decides it is good needs help.

Called in for a coffee whilst on the way to the passport office. It was busy, call it hectic. First and most importantly it was the worst Starbucks coffee I have had ever had Starbucks isn’t the best but it is always reproducible. Not in this case. WiFi wasn’t working. Fabrics and furnishings need replacing. Suggest you try another outlet in the Excel Centre

Dirty and cold inside. Incompetent staff and slow service.

Terrible service. The woman serving us clearly would rather have been anywhere else than there, she had no idea where the mugs were, while searching for them she did some food for another customer, she input the wrong size drinks into the till and she was painfully slow.I was also very disappointed with my Hazelnut Crunch Hot Chocolate. It looked nothing like the picture and there was no sign of anything crunchy. And even the smallest size cup of it cost me £5.10!I'll stick with other coffee chains in future - better service, better drinks & better value for money.

Out of everything by 4pm. The drink I did end up getting was diabetically sweet. It's a tea, doesn't need a pound of sugar
