First time at Charlton Frankie and Benny’s and our waitress made our visit so enjoyable, she was so friendly and the biggest smile on her face the whole time! Quick and efficient service which didn’t take away from the tasty food we had! Roxana was one of the most amazing warm staff I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting and because of the food and her my best friend and I will be back!!!Go check em out and if you have the pleasure of being served by Roxana you’ll not be disappointed ☺️

Environment is good, nice place to spend time with friends.However, foods are unacceptable. I ordered lasagna and cheese burger. Lasagna was cold in the middle, and the burger is overcooked and dry.

Went to London for a day to go go karting and see the Thames Barrier. Went to Frankie & Benny's for lunch. The food was amazing and the meals were great sizes. The service was great and the atmosphere was generally happy.We all had a main and no desert which totals to just under £20 per person (with desert, £25).Cons:After we had ordered, our drinks showed up pretty quick but our food on the other hand took about half an hour to arrive ?. (It was a weekday in school term time so that might effect it a bit).Overall great quality food and service:⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Would recommend to anyone who wants to spend a day out in the Thames Barrier area.Kid-friendliness: There is a kids menu.Parking: Plenty of spaces.

I love this place. I haven't actually been to dine in but I always order via deliveroo and the food is so yummy! If I have any issues etc I always call the store and they sort it out straight away. One time i needed to awap sommething due to an allergy and they did it no problems-I feel valued as a customer. 100% reccomended

I always wanted to try Frankie & Benny’s, this is why last day I popped in for a quick lunch getting the Lemon Pepper Salmon but, to be honest, I found it quite boring. The salmon was alright, the mash potatoes also, instead the sauce was not really tasty.. a kind of general delusion from my point of view.

I had the steak, it was small but cooked to perfection, my niece had the chicken and she complained right through the meal about it being too dry but that’s not the reason for the four stars. From the time of us placing our order to it arriving at out table we waited at least an hour. Definitely not the place to go if you’re on a gluten free diet and in a hurry, made us wonder if the cooked nipped out to Currys to buy a separate cooker. The mint chocolate chip ice cream was delicious and the prices very reasonable. Also on the plus side, the manager admitted our wait was excessive and gave us a discount on the bill. Apologies for the lack of photos, when the food finally arrived we attacked it like ravenous wolves and by the time we thought of taking photos it was too late.

We have just came back from an amazing meal! One word to describe the hosting the food and experience AMAZING. Mel was our waitress and she really went above and beyond very professional and has a great sense of humour- she had us laughing as soon as we walked through the door. Thank you for being fabulous!! The food was outstanding the best Frankie and Bennies we have been to - the chefs cook from the heart and you could tell this by the food served to us. Thank you again for an amazing experience. We will be back again.

Mel @ frankie’s Charlton is a total gem!I walked past at lunch time and enquired about an advert outside when I returned for dinner she was still just as lovely!Impressive. Food is consistently good and the cocktail was 11/10 (kiwi mojito) manager was super friendly on the door too! I live at the end of the road and can’t believe I keep overlooking this place ! Everyone I bring here loves itThanks guys

I went here with my mum and daughter. Friendly staff, however a bit slow service that day. We waited a fair bit before our food. A good few vegan options on the menu. Can't wait to see more of them!
